I finally got a response after waiting. I asked how much the game was and he informed me with my price appropriately. He did apologize however I'm still very dissatisfied. If you're going to have a phone in your establishment you should promptly answer and assist your customers. Customers in store can wait and will understand that you need to answer the phone. I work in an establishment where I'm constantly busy and yet still I make time to answer the phone. Being busy is not an excuse for a conversation that shouldve lasted only 1-2 minutes MAX however it turned into a more than 15 minutes ordeal.

They also happily doubled the price for the games I sold as an incentive to accept in-store credit, which is totally fine at the low prices they sell their used games.
