Whenever I need a bathing suit, Target is where I wind up going. Somehow it's usually when I'm in Tallahassee. I can count almost a year between the last two bathing suits I bought and they were both there. This Target is like any other. Perhaps a bit less crowded given where it is. Usually my trips there are in and out. Would recommend, especially for bathing suits. They have a lot of variety and it's affordable, too! read more

My interactions at this Target have all been positive up until today. I ordered a drive-up order that happened to include a bleach cleaner. As soon as it was placed in my car, there was an overwhelming smell of bleach. Before I pulled off, I went into my backseat to check and saw that the bleach was spilled all over my seats and sweater in the backseat. I went into the store to let them know of the problem, and the clerk at the customer service desk was extremely apologetic, however the manager on duty (Taniera Major) absolutely was not. She acted as if there was nothing she could do, then finally offered a $10 card. I told her that simply wasn't enough, given that I have to now throw away a perfectly good sweater, clean out my backseat and drive around with the stench of bleach in my car. She finally rolled her eyes and gave me a few more gift cards (which she claimed was $50 and actually wasn't, which I'm sure was purposeful), still extremely unapologetic as if this was my fault and I was wasting her time. I was as polite as possible without losing my temper, yet she still met me with an attitude. I'm amazed. I felt like I was in Walmart with her lack of customer skills. Honestly, I'm disgusted. Target needs to do a better job of hiring individuals with leadership skills. read more

It's a Target store. A nice store, as Target stores go. I hadn't been in one in months and it was actually kinda fun. I'd forgotten the variety of cool snack foods and electronics they have, alone with the usual assortment of knickknacks, clothing, housewares, health & beauty aids, beer, wine, pet food/supplies, etc. This isn't a "Super Target", but still had a decent selection of grocery items, including some fresh produce. You'll find better at Publix, of course, but this sure beats shopping at Walmart. The store was clean and relatively well stocked. Very little interaction with the staff on the sales floor, of which there seemed to be plenty. Super friendly check-out clerk and no lines. read more

Target is proof that pure bliss exists. However, Target is also the devil that deceives us by making us buy a bunch of stuff we don't need. In all seriousness, this is my favorite store. You can find almost anything you need in there at a fairly reasonable price. Even better, it has Target Circle, a program that gives you discounts, often on things you don't know you want or need until you see there is a 30% discount on it. This Target (Apalachee Parkway) was recently renovated, so it is much nicer than it was before ( it wasn't bad before, ). There is a Starbucks and a tiny food court. What's best is that Target now offers curbside pickup. So now I can order too much on Target Circle, but not fall victim to the obvious voodoo in the building that makes customers spend three times what they planned. Another positive, the delivery crew is always nice. I love Target! read more

Saturday midday I went to my regular Target on Apalachee Pkway and upon entering the store found no carts, it was busy of course. So inquired of a young woman who appeared to be a manager and was told "in 9 minutes we'll get the carts"..... what?! Seems as if courtesy is not included in the staff training. Only 1 check out was staffed and 1 employee was assisting at self-checkout so what are employees doing - stocking the shelves! Customers come last at this store, will shop the Target on Thomasville in future. read more

If I could give a negative rating, I definitely would! Target seems to be diverting business away from Myeyedr. They're recommending their patients to get their eye exams at Myeyedr and then return to Target to buy glasses. This behavior is concerning! Manager John appears to be aware of this and is participating in diverting sales from Myeyedr, even though he was originally hired by them. Instead of taking his role seriously, he seems to have gathered confidential information and is using it against his former employer. This is both hurtful and disheartening, as it's disappointing to see people supporting such unethical practices. In essence, it seems that John is behaving in a way that could be compared to theft, as he's willing to do anything for a sale. This raises the question of whether you would want to do business with someone who exhibits such dishonest behavior. read more

This Target doesn't disappoint. The parking lot can be a little hectic, but save yourself the frustration (and burn some calories!) by parking towards the back to avoid the "lot vultures" who wait for close spots. Items are always stocked well and the store is clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. I really like that they are utilizing chip readers now for credit cards - it makes you feel a little bit safer about using a card, if only temporarily. This location also has a large selection of clothing for women, which is always nice. I've never been to the Starbucks in this location, so I can't comment on it. read more

Love the car side pick-up being offered at Target! I hope that this is a feature that continues post-pandemic because it is so convenient for customers. It helps to limit the number of customers in the store, which is always helpful during a pandemic. I have found myself shopping more at Target since I learned about this feature - in fact, I was at this particular location for car-side pick-up three times in one week! The staff at this location were fast, friendly, and professional during each visit. They place items directly into your trunk or back seat (depending on your request) - how much easier can it get? read more

For a big box store, I've always received good service and been able to find exactly what I'm looking for (whether groceries, clothes, or whatever). Customer service kiosk is quick and helpful. I order from Target.com and pick up at the store whenever I can. Most of the time they fulfill my orders very quickly so I can just go and pick them up instead of waiting for it to be shipped from the middle of nowhere. If you frequent this or other Targets, I recommend a Target card (not the credit card). Basically it's a debit card for Target linked to your bank account but you get Target specific benefits like 5% off all orders plus free shipping online. Tar-jay for those who are fancier than most, Target is a nice....idk, huge store with basically everything you find at walmart but different/better quality which just makes it a nicer experience all around. Sometimes though i usually find myself looking for something and it not being available or sold out, whichis why this review is not higher. I love target and most times this location is a good one and I love the quality of things that they offer. Things are usually always in order and set up nicely however, in this last particular trip I was so underwhelmed with the grocery section of the store. I mean there were boxes everywhere and you couldn't even get to what you needed. With the looks and employees failing to make alame got me, I felt as if I was in their way. So because the employees weren't being helpful, despite the "traffic "jam and so they were the reason my trip was cut short. I recommend this store but I guess it was just not my day. read more

We just left this Target in Tally on what is move in day for many students. It was a zoo but staff was positioned in the aisles helping customers find things and directing people to the checkout lanes. It was incredibly organized chaos. read more

I had to download Targets app on my phone before I could use the e-card and I didn't know how, so Marcus did it for me. This gentlemen was the most helpful person I have had from ANY store I have been in for quite some time. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He should be awarded by Target for being so friendly and helpful. read more

The Target Card that this organization pushes on consumers is a complete con. They do the bare minimum to notify card-holders of interest, late fees, and even regular bills. After making a purchase of $90, the bills were sent to an old address. Target claimed they never received an updated address. Keep in mind, they also have two phone numbers and an email address on file. The current resident finally forwarded our bills after three months and we decided to just pay off the card. After assessing $60 in late fees and interest, we THOUGHT we paid this debt off, but apparently the late fees for that month had not posted yet. Four months later after STILL no contact from Target, while my wife and I were applying for a mortgage loan, we discovered that we now owed $180 strictly in late fees and interest for a total of $330 and that our credit rating had dropped a whopping 100 points due to delinquency. After calling customer service to try and rectify this issue, we were basically told it was "not their problem" and that we should have been more diligent. We cannot purchase a home, and it will take years for this blemish to be taken off our credit report. I highly recommend NOT using this service if you feel you will ever move or need to receive customer service. You will be disappointed. read more
