My interactions at this Target have all been positive up until today. I ordered a drive-up order…read morethat happened to include a bleach cleaner. As soon as it was placed in my car, there was an overwhelming smell of bleach. Before I pulled off, I went into my backseat to check and saw that the bleach was spilled all over my seats and sweater in the backseat. I went into the store to let them know of the problem, and the clerk at the customer service desk was extremely apologetic, however the manager on duty (Taniera Major) absolutely was not. She acted as if there was nothing she could do, then finally offered a $10 card. I told her that simply wasn't enough, given that I have to now throw away a perfectly good sweater, clean out my backseat and drive around with the stench of bleach in my car. She finally rolled her eyes and gave me a few more gift cards (which she claimed was $50 and actually wasn't, which I'm sure was purposeful), still extremely unapologetic as if this was my fault and I was wasting her time. I was as polite as possible without losing my temper, yet she still met me with an attitude. I'm amazed. I felt like I was in Walmart with her lack of customer skills. Honestly, I'm disgusted. Target needs to do a better job of hiring individuals with leadership skills.

However, sometimes it is good to just walk around (when there are very few people around). :o) Wanted to purchase a few items from Bath and Body Works and actually enjoyed the quiet; the mall is still nice and clean; good choice of food items in the food court; quite a few new stores since the last time I visited inside the mall. On a different note, except for going to AMC and Belk every now and then, not sure what caused the downfall of the Tallahassee Mall, which I really liked at one point. :-(

He gave our entire rental party a hard time and even tried to have us get the refund from our formal attire company in Tampa therefore stealing the money from the Tampa store who did all the work. Terrible company! In the end, they did give the groom back his money after going through the suit vendor. Do not do business with this company if you are having a wedding. They will delay your attire at the last minute. Poor customer service and definitely not the business they say they are.
