KOHLS.COM IS THE WORSE. their customer service is the worst I've ever seen in any store. I returned one item in about 11 and returned it to the post office with a confirmation number of which I had to pay $12.10 to return a pair of men's slippers I've called at least a dozen times and I still have not received my money back and I have confirmation that they received it on 26 December 2024. It is now the end of February 2025. No wonder they are having financial problems. They are horrible. My dog would be a better financial person than whoever they have. It is really aggravating. I recently received a 30% off coupon from Kohls. I went into Kohl's today only to be disappointed. No one greeted me "Welcome To Kohls". Nothing. I used to enjoy going into Kohl's because they had good selection of clothing that i could wear to work, etc. Now, meh...... The parking lot is near empty every time I pass by and I wonder why oh why is this store so over looked. Kohl's is a hidden gem and constantly has great bargains as well as "Kohl's cash" deals. Many stores that offer such deals require you to have a minimum purchase but with a $10 Kohl's cash (for instance), you could spend $12, use the $10 and be out of the door only paying $2. I recently did it for a jacket for a baby boy. This location is spaced out on two levels and has every department from clothes for all types, housewares, jewelry, shoes, athletic attire, hair products, and a huge selection of FSU gear. It's also easy to order online and pick up in the store. TIP: returns and online pick up and upstairs! Don't make the mistake I made of waiting in the regular line to make a return only to be told that I had to go upstairs. read more

Kohl's is my spot! They always have great sales on quality items. The dressing rooms are always clean and open so you don't have to go searching for an associate to give you access to one which I for one really appreciate. Additionally they have a great partnership with Amazon where if you order something from Amazon and need to return it you simply have to request the return through Amazon but you can send the product back through the customer service desk which I think is awesome! When I did that on my most recent visit I also received a 20% in-store coupon. read more

This is the first 2-story Kohl's I've ever been to, and as a visitor to this town I was actually quite mixed up...the store signage is not clear at all. I wasn't sure where anything was and I certainly didn't know what was upstairs or why there was even an upstairs. SPOILER ALERT: upstairs is home goods, lingerie, and some men's clothes. Sorry if you prefer to wander aimlessly. The employees were chatting amongst themselves about rude customers and didn't seem to notice my confused roaming. Nothing like some early morning bargain hunting /shopping at Kohls. This location is usually not too busy and is a two floor location. With a good amount of parking spaces. I tend to look for things already on sale they carry a lot of items I would never pay full retail for. A decent selection of brands. I tend to get Kitchen, bedding, holiday decorations and some clothes. A lot of 40-60% Add on the 20% off in store digital coupon check on your phone. Today we spent only $107 but we saved $142, Plus we earned $20 kohls cash for next week. Which we will use. read more

I used to really like shopping at Kohl's due to their selection, pricing, and ability to try on the items I was interested in buying. I went in today to purchase enough business casual clothes to last me for a week. As I got to the men's department I was disappointed to see they had shut down their fitting rooms. I don't think I've ever purchased clothes without trying them on. I called Dillards and learned their dressing rooms are open for business, so that's where I took my business. I'm afraid I'm not a huge Kohl's fan but this was a successful trip. They had a nice selection of baby clothes which I was looking for and the men's department had just what my boyfriend wanted. Never again will I come to this Khols they don't care about their workers they literally have a worker only assigned to registers that been getting her teeth pulled many times I shop she's in tears and the only thing they say is don't say nothing really people if she don't greet the customers then you'll get on her someone need to talk to management .... I believe she's one of the main people who bring in credits and to ignore her health I hope the owner see this and offer the young lady Kim a raise for pulling through all that pain because his or her management didn't assign her to a different task she wouldn't have to talk as much .... I am not a big shopper, and am old-school as I want to try before I buy. Kohl's always has great products, helpful staff, incredible prices and Kohl's cash promotions. The store is super clean, well organized and I almost always find what I am looking for first trip. There are departments for the entire family, so when I need baby or other gifts, I have found them here. Their sales are great! Now I understand that Amazon allows returns for free there. That's good PR- reaching out to a broader community of shoppers as shopping experiences transition into so much of it on-line. Always happy with Kohl's. Keep up the good work! read more

I recently moved to Tallahassee from the Upper Midwest (where Kohl's was founded) and was shocked at the conditions inside this store. Racks were very under-stocked, with only a handful of items hanging from each. There were also unfolded items strewn around the men's department. I even had to step over a *pile* of what looked like inside-out Dockers and golf shirts to get into the fitting room. The pants were not sized, or even separated by brand/style. The home department was even worse. I'm a collector of Fiesta dishes, and Kohl's is usually a great place to buy Fiesta. But the display at this Kohl's was a disgrace! A lot of the dishes had no price sticker, and they were mixed in with the similar-looking but obviously different Food Network dishes. They also had an entire shelf of Fiesta dishes in Chocolate, which was retired and pulled from stores over two years ago. While it might seem like a bonus to find this retired and hard-to-find color sitting in the local Kohl's, the shabbiness of the rest of the store just makes it seem like nobody cared enough to pull the Chocolate dishes two years ago. Kohl's has a reputation in retail for having clean and well-run stores. It's a Midwestern thing that clearly has no meaning in the lazier corners of the South. I was truly disappointed to see that the image one of my favorite retailers has been sullied by uncaring workers and management. read more

Being that Kohl's was my Grandma's favorite store before it made its way to Florida, I have always had an affinity for the store, trying different locations throughout North and South FL. They have great kickbacks and rewards if you use your Kohl's card and if you have not shopped there recently. For example, I came to this location because I had 15% off when using my Kohl's card, plus $10 off undergarments over $50 and $10 off kids' clothes of $50 or more. These were great deals, as I needed clothes for my teen and elementary aged son. Much to my dismay their selection of boys' shorts was scant (I needed a few more to add to my sons' collection) outside of Under Armour, Nike and uniform khaki's. I managed to find two pair of shorts, thankfully the sale prices got the final price for each pair $10 and below. The undergarments were marked down well also, which helped when everything was tallied up. Additionally, I earned $20 in Kohl's cash (to be used two days later during a week long window) and 20% off of future purchases during the same period. Because of these deals, I will be back as they overshadowed the lack of cashiers and employee presence around the store (only two cashiers on the side entrance the weekend before back to school and no help in any of the sections I traversed). read more

Oh why, oh why, oh why, do I shop at Kohl's?!?!? Because of the bargains! Well they have good customer service too and did I mention BARGAINS? Look, America is full of retail shopping choices. They do not price match unless its with a newspaper ad. That makes absolutely no sense. No one uses newspaper ads for price matching anymore because everyone is using smartphones now. They are selling a pair of shoes but they want $70 but I can go anywhere else and get them for half the price and legitimate website and brick and mortar locations. I do not understand why they have not caught up with the world and start using smart phones for price matching. Thats probably one reason why they are losing business becasue they are way over prices on products that you can buy someone else read more
