She was not only adorable but also so helpful, made excellent recommendations and made the whole experience even more fun. From the moment you walk in, you feel like family, not just a customer. I walked in and started looking around. The store was having a sale on boots, $20 bucks off select pairs. They also had some clothing and a large wall of Stetson hats. I began to peruse the multiple shelves of boots looking for the perfect pair. There was a ton to choose from. A young lady did approach me and asked if I needed any help and I said I was fine. She told me if I needed anything, I could just ask. She then let me be in my search for boots. Another employee also came up and asked if I needed anything. I had finally found a pair of boots but as my luck would have it, they were not selected for 20 bucks off. The employee suggested I take a look at their website, and if they were cheaper online, they would price match for me. (The employee also told me they were not supposed to tell me that but hey, they made a sale,) Sure enough, they were. The boots were $169 in store and $149 online. They provide descriptions of all their employees and what work they do. At Remedy Spa, they offer facials, massages, yoga classes, and even a boutique to buy clothes from. They do A LOT, which is a bit scary as usually one service or another suffers but not the case here. I initially went in for a facial with Frankie and it rejuvenated my skin, so I said why not get a massage? Went back weeks later and got a relaxation message with Frankie. I nearly fell asleep both times. Heavily enjoyed myself. I do think next time I'm going to have to get a deep-tissue massage though. I've been having so much stress in my life lately that I have many knots, and well, it's time to kick it up a notch. I do have to say I will return for sure, I'm just not sure when. If I were a more consistent customer, I'd purchase their membership plan as I think it's worth it. Getting a facial or massage done every month sounds lovely.
