I received the hat and noticed a small rust-colored stain on the white portion of the hat but accepted the order anyway to be polite and release her earnings. Today I went to put it on in much better lighting and noticed a huge faded line on one side of the hat. This was not disclosed and I cannot open a return due to Poshmark's rules. I rated the purchase accordingly (anything less than 5-star ratings are only visible to the seller, so this was not public), and she then blocked me instead of contacting me to try and make it right. I was quite impressed with the quality of the suit (although the suits here are quite pricey). They had a few on clearance, however, none of these were modest in construction. The store itself is organized pretty well. They also sell a variety of sunglasses and other clothing like a regular boutique. They have quite the selection of vintage pieces and home decor too! The people working there always are very friendly and seem willing to help. I hope they eventually have some sort of sale so I have an excuse to browse in there without feeling awful for not buying anything. I walked in and started looking around. The store was having a sale on boots, $20 bucks off select pairs. They also had some clothing and a large wall of Stetson hats. I began to peruse the multiple shelves of boots looking for the perfect pair. There was a ton to choose from. A young lady did approach me and asked if I needed any help and I said I was fine. She told me if I needed anything, I could just ask. She then let me be in my search for boots. Another employee also came up and asked if I needed anything. I had finally found a pair of boots but as my luck would have it, they were not selected for 20 bucks off. The employee suggested I take a look at their website, and if they were cheaper online, they would price match for me. (The employee also told me they were not supposed to tell me that but hey, they made a sale,) Sure enough, they were. The boots were $169 in store and $149 online. If i needed another pair of boots and was in Tallahassee, I'd go here first.
