The boat I purchased at Pops Attic.

What a wonderful place to see used furniture in great shape for a fair price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Another bonus is they can arrange delivery and setup.

SUPER prices on consignment home interior furnishings and decor. I cannot stress enough the excellent value that can be obtained here. As I walked through the multiple showroom areas of Pop's Attic, I was blown away by the high quality of the inventory. They only carry quality crafted furniture and such so the low prices easily beat chain stores selling particle board junk for much more money! They even have full mock-up dining room, bedroom, office, etc., each beautifully staged in it's own room. It is much larger inside than it looks from the outside. Please zoom in on my photos to see tagged prices! I would definitely return.

I'm a long time fan of World Market. They've always got a great selection of furniture and home…read morefurnishings that are fun and unique. I especially like their selection of foreign food and drink items - we often pick up some things from Germany, the UK, and Italy here. I would highly recommend stopping in if you haven't before. What you're looking for some type of accent furniture or decorations or unique food/treat, this place as you covered.

This is a very dangerous place…read more Not literally a dangerous place. You won't die there. Well, maybe if you get a shock after seeing your wallet. This place is dangerous for your wallet because there are way too many pretty things to buy! I've gone there twice now. On my first visit, I spent hours in there with my friend and neighbor. We were nearly there until closing time on a Sunday. We left with bags of food, alcohol, and with memberships that we signed up for with cashier Lucy's help. The second time I went, I mainly went to buy a gift card for the same friend and neighbor who accompanied me before as it was her birthday. I brought a companion, and well, we also wound up buying more food and alcohol. Admittedly this store has more than that, having furniture and what not, but the food and alcohol are what gets you. There is so much variety. You will find obscure products here, like Vegemite for the Aussies or more common stuff like different flavors of pocky for those loving Asian goodies. Heck, I found madeleines imported from France, which I repeatedly get told aren't dry like the American ones, and after having them, I must concur. You don't know what you're missing until you have it. That said, I'm shocked it took me so long to go to this place. A girlfriend of mine recommended this chain to me years ago, and well, I only recently went, and since then have been asking - where have you been all my life? Shame on me for taking forever to go!

I was taught early on to always go to the source of the issue. My problem is the insurance company…read morethat Ashley's furniture does business with and promotes to its unsuspecting customers. I have been dealing with guardian protection products for almost 3 months now. They are the worst furniture insurance company on the market, as their BBB reviews reflect a bunch of complaints and 1 star reviews. Yet I purchased this insurance as an Ashley's sales rep said it was worth it---it was almost $500. I know many other customers have had similar issues with this insurance company. So I invite others to leave a review on Ashley's Yelp page and Google...since they've left customers to fend for themselves with this predatory insurance company. And in case you want to know what this insurance company does---it uses battle of attrition tactics. For example, it delays answering you via their portal, they send out kind technicians but it's done repeatedly, as they rewrite their reports (my technician who was an honest worker, stated the wine stain on my couch was unremovable---yet GPP rewrote his report as him being successful in cleaning...which is exactly what the technician warned me they would do as he is a third party in all of this). They wear you down in the hopes that you just give up on getting store credit or a replacement furniture piece...which is what their insurance promised. To conclude, Ashley's furniture please stop doing business with an insurance company like this, or at least address the issue with GPP...otherwise you're going to continue to get complaints.

"Great online Experience, But Shipping Was a Nightmare"…read more My experience with Ashley Furniture was fantastic when making my purchase--and the process was smooth. However, the shipping experience has been a disaster. I ordered my furniture well in advance of moving into my new home, but the delivery process has been nothing short of frustrating. Please note that Ashley Furniture exclusively uses FedEx for shipping, and unfortunately, FedEx has been incredibly unreliable. Over the past five days, I've been given the runaround about my package's status. Tracking updates alternate between "It will be delivered today" to "We'll contact you with a delivery date," only to hear "We don't know why it hasn't been delivered because it's on the truck." Even Ashley Furniture admitted they are reliant on what FedEx tells them. Apparently, if a package doesn't move for six days, you can file a claim--but why wait that long when it's clear there's an issue? This level of service is unacceptable, and I've read similar complaints from others. If FedEx is consistently failing, why continue to use them as your shipping carrier? This experience has left me incredibly disappointed, and I will not be purchasing from Ashley Furniture--or any company that uses FedEx--again.

I had a warranty from Guardsman that was still Current and they just refused to honor it. Havertys people fought for me and got a repair person to come out and fix it as it turned out. It was just aside that fell out of the track. He was here 10 minutes. It took him longer to drive here. Guardsman suck Havertys. People are wonderful and their furniture is excellent. I would buy from them again on anything I need. They really are not more expensive than any other place Before I purchased from Havertys, I went to Turner's and I tried to match peace for peace and Turner with more money and Havertys was a better product thank you Havertys staff I just found out that Havertys and Tallahassee contacted their I believe Atlanta n tally Office thank you Rachel, Kimberly, Shannon and I'm sorry if I missed anybody's name you thank you thank you Denise Andrews

I am extremely disappointed with Havertys and the extended warranty I purchased through Guardsman…read more The ONLY reason I paid extra for that warranty was because I was told it covered damage from pets. After a recent storm, my dog became anxious and scratched three of the cushions pretty badly. I followed the process, contacted Guardsman, scheduled a service call--and then waited over 40 days just to be told the damage wasn't covered. Completely unacceptable. I reached back out to Jay at Havertys, who has been great throughout this, and I truly appreciate his effort to help. However, the resolution offered was insulting. Instead of repairing or replacing the damaged cushions--or standing behind the warranty I was sold--they refunded $280 and gave me a store gift certificate. I have zero interest in shopping at Havertys again, so that gift certificate is basically useless to me. You can't replace a $2,400 sectional with a $280 credit. For a single person on one income, that couch was a major investment, and I trusted that the warranty would protect it--especially for the exact situation they claimed it covered. If you're going to sell a warranty, then stand behind it. Don't mislead customers just to make an extra sale. I love my couch, but I will never do business with Havertys again. If I could give zero stars for service, I would.
