Went in the store a few weeks ago at the request of my children. Specifically the nine-year-old…read morethat wanted to see what the store was about in particular pertaining to Pokémon collections. To my amazement customers reached out to actually give my kids some cards and the store owner was absolutely amazing. I guess I got to the point in life when my kids are now teaching me stuff. OMG. I highly recommend if you're into any type of collection drop by you'll be shocked and amazed.

I am disappointed in the stock for this store. It is much less than the other Michaels I am used to…read morein the Tampa area. Each section seems to have less variety. I came in for holiday craft supplies. There were more pre-made items than the crafts I could create. I found one holiday themed circle wood board and that was about it. The kids' holiday crafts is down to a center walk way display. I did manage to locate a few things I could try to make what I was wanting to complete. Now, checkout. The line is long and one person is checking out and answering the phone. This is ridiculous. I saw others on the floor. Why was no one coming to help out?!?!?
