I know what exceptional IT talent and customer service look like--and Karl at the Goodwill Computer Store at 2734 Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee, FL, is in a league of his own. In my retirement and dealing with failing eyes and health, I occasionally have to lean on outside help for computer support, but the level of service I received from Karl went completely above and beyond any expectations. He is an unbelievable young man who displayed a deep mastery of his work while remaining unfailingly professional, patient, and courteous at every turn. During my career, I always searched for top-tier talent, and I can honestly say I would have gladly staffed the entire computer division at the Department of Revenue with clones of Karl. If you need fast, professional, and genuinely caring tech help in Tallahassee, FL, this is the place to go. Thank you, Karl, for providing service that is all too rare in today's world! It has many facets and components but the gist is that its a center for goods to be donated, re-used, up-cycled and turned into art or whatever else you want it to be. If you are a teacher looking for supplies for ur students she's got EVERYTHING (not an exaggeration). I believe teachers get discounts but I'm not entirely sure and even if they don't everything is super cheap. If you are a person who likes to be inspired, check out the space she's got EVERYTHING, books, art supplies, jewelry, jewelry making supplies, stamps, paper, yarn, gadgets and gizmo's aplenty. I have not an artistic fiber in my being but just hanging out there makes me feel like I'm an artist. There are also classes and events, like fill a bag day (for $5 or $6), wine and art classes in the evening on Wednesdays and the one I frequent is the toddler art class on Tuesday (10:00 am-11:30 am). Carly reads a story to the kids- who ADORE her and she them- and then creates a super toddler friendly art project around that story. An example is the time she read an Eric Carlyle book and then led an art project using tissue paper. She gives each child so much loving individual attention and is so easy going. My daughter loves her and loves going to the sharing tree. She does an incredible job of fostering a strong sense of creative, conscious, community in Ole T-Town.
