Prices for tools and everything else have increased significantly, and most tools are manufactured outside of the USA. But Harbor freight brands of its self as a US company and has and sell warrantees that cover most things they sell with no questions, asked policies. Overall pretty good tools at better prices. The staff is very helpful. The selection is larger than most stores, and the value is always there. Great place for tools and things you never thought you needed.

Even when their prices are a little higher I will still go here because they have great friendly and helpful employees when you need help and I don't have to walk a block or two inside the store to get to what I need. Plus, for me, they are just down the road. The only potential negative is that the parking lot can be difficult at times because they are paired with a Dollar General and things get busy sometimes. Just park the other side of the Dollar General where there is always plenty of parking and get a few more steps in. It will still be less than if you went to Home Depot/Lowe's.

Sure enough, they're generally right. I called before I got there and spoke with Crystal - and experienced top-shelf service. She was genuinely friendly and courteous on the phone - and even more so in person once I arrived. (I called because the apple AND Google maps pointed me in the wrong location. They are on apple yard, about 100 yards from Jackson Bluff). In any case - this place does have it all, and in small and gross quantities alike. I'll definitely return when the needs arise.
