This is the worse game stop EVER!!!!! My grandson mistakenly took a brand new game his mom bought him for Christmas which cost her $75 and the child took it in not realizing that it was the new one. The attendant bought it from him for a measly less than $5. When the mother informed me of the error, I immediately went to to the so called "manager" , advised him of the error and he said sure, I could have it back for $75 !!! Even though he knew that they had just only paid less than $5 for it. He refused to to bend, eager to cheat a 13 year old child out of the $75 it was worth. Worse GameStop ever!!! Manager is a money hungry greedy "person" that should be fired and not allowed to deal with children customers. Horrible. Disgusting. Go anywhere else so your cold does not get his games stolen from him. read more

This Gamestop is my go-to all the time. Its close by and not in the malls like the other branches are. The staff here is always nice and helpful while their inventory is plentiful. It's in the heart of Englewood on it's main road which makes it convenient! read more

This location has a great store & district manager. After an initial poor experience that i mentioned on a random generic survey, they both reached out to me to rectify it. Both Ben & Kenny went above and beyond what you think a nationwide chain gaming store would do. They really make an effort to personalize your experience in this location. As I mentioned to Ben the DM, issues will always come up with consumers. That cannot be helped, but what can be controlled is how they are dealt with and getting to a happy/reasonable end result. Walked in today and the two clerks were chatting massless and quickly put one on when I entered. They immediately told me I had to leave since I wasn't wearing one. While the entire world moves on, this particular GameStop is stuck in a Mass Formation Psychosis 2020 mindset. They claimed it was "company policy". Would like to shout out about the excellent service recieved at this store today. Went in first saw Jahfre and he was wonderful however we purchased the wrong game for my grandson birthday.(my hubbys fault) . Returned to the store at 813pm they were closed but the wondeful David exchanged the game fir us!!! He made my grandsons birthday a real hit!! Thanks a lot guys!!! Jahfre was extremely heplful and very knowledgeable and sold us Xbox live with an extra month and the game stop card for him. You guy's made my grandson birthday! ! read more
