I was given a Power A wired controller from the back that looked damaged from the packaging. I asked for another and the staff person went to the back and came out with what looked like the same controller with the damaged packaging , color etc.. claiming they all were like that. That controller stopped working after two weeks and my left analog triggers my left trigger when using it. I cannot seem to get a refund now either. This controller was suppose to be new. I would not recommend this store anymore unless you have no other choice but to go here. Pictures were added so you can see I did no damage to the controller after the purchase.
