Nice selection when it comes to apparel. Their food section are always filled with cookies, chocolate, candies, pasta, etc... I was holding a Dunkin Donuts cup inside the store and the guard rudely told me to leave my drink by the door which I obliged (it's basically a rack that held bags for sale and the cup was placed BEHIND the bags). When my hubby fell in line to pay for the items, I went ahead and retrieved my drink and stood near the exit. I was NOT drinking, and the cup was sealed closw. The security guard then proceeded to harass me and told me to move beside the door and kept blabbing about the no drinking policy posted on the wall. I was NOT DRINKING, I was HOLDING a drink. Oh my goodness, this really got me so upset that I was ready to tell my husband to leave more than $100+ worth of items behind. Good thing my husband kept his cool and preceded to speak with one of the store managers. The shop has a lot of good deals (that's why I've been shopping here for years) and almost all employees are nice and helpful but man.... This security guard wins worst employee of the month.

I really like Costco, but this location is just a madhouse. I don't know if there's anything they…read morecan really do, but shopping here is so hectic that it's not at all an enjoyable experience. My favorite thing about Costco has always been the food court, with the famous $1.50 hot dogs, cheap slices of pizza, and now their awesome sundaes. Unfortunately, the food court is always jam-packed, to the point where it takes 15-20 minutes to get your food, and it's nearly impossible to find a place to sit. Even if you are able to find a place to sit, all of the tables are pretty disgusting, being covered in crumbs, stains, used plates, half-eaten food, etc. In addition, many times I've gone, multiple of their drinks are not working, and just come out as tap water. As for everything else besides the food court, it seems like a pretty solid store, with the bakery standing out as a strong point. The last time I went, they were selling a large quantity of croissants for I think $7-8, which was a great deal. Costco is also my go-to place for laundry detergent and fabric softener, and this location in particular looked like it had a really nice selection of clothing. Even though it was kind of a mess, I saw some cool polos, quarter-zips, winter coats, dress pants, etc. All-in-all, this is a fine Costco, I just wish there were some way to make it a little more orderly. I don't know if that's possible, but it would greatly improve the efficiency and experience.

As far as Costcos go, this is by far my least favorite. It's still a Costco, so it's great, but…read morethere are many aspects to this location that make it uniquely bad. 1. It's a fugging zoo! I wish we could put some of the humans in an exhibit to put their worst qualities on display. It's so crowded and disorderly, and a bit of a weird structure. The people ordering the food lack the concept of a line. Diversity is cool and all but not when you're also bringing over (and keeping) your bad habits. 2. I didn't think I'd have to worry about being upsold at any Costco ever! But there's this one dighead I had the pleasure of interacting with twice. First was when we decided to get a membership and he had this exasperated tone like we were supposed to know we were supposed to fill out information on the site. This is your job. You're the one who's supposed to inform us how to sign up. Even if it wasn't, why didn't the person who approached us on the line not say anything? Then he started going on about the black membership and how he goes to Costco every time he's out of town and gets flowers for his mom and that's how he makes his money back, with the upsold card. Cool story, who cares about your mom? He kept rushing us to sign up for it and got pissy when we asked him how exactly the card works in order to get money back. Turns out it's like 2% of purchases. Do you know how much money you'd have to spend on Costco to break even for that card? How many flowers are you buying for your mom? I can't imagine how many people he tricked into getting this card by bum rushing them. 2. We had to deal with him again because we were picking up an extra card. When we got to the booth, his head was down the whole time while saying "have your id ready" (I think he recognized us). He said it like 3 times and I had my id in hand. He looks up says "have your id ready. NOT YOU *points at my gf aggressively*, *points at me aggressively* "YOU". Honestly, Costco if you're reading this, I'm very willing to cooperate and give you timestamps so you can recall footage. We literally did nothing but follow instructions and had he looked up, he would've seen my id in my hand but instead he raised his fat finger to our faces, although at this point it was obvious he just wanted to be antagonistic. I think his name is Willis or something. Honestly, fuggit. I'm just gonna make a complaint about him.

I've been coming here for YEARSSSS!…read more Over the years, I've seen so many changes. Several stores have closed and been replaced by new ones. The food court is located on the lower level, and it's very spacious, with a great variety of food options. The mall is pretty big, stretching from west to east. You can easily walk from one end to the other without stepping outside, as long as you stay on the upper floors. Parking is a bit of a nightmare! And while getting an Uber is usually quick, make sure you know exactly where your pickup point is because that can get a little chaotic, too. If you're trying to avoid crowds and teenagers after school, I wouldn't recommend coming during those hours. The mall gets packed with kids once school lets out, and weekends can be just as crowded. My recommendation? If you prefer a quieter, more relaxed shopping experience, come in the morning. You'll thank me later!

They put hold on your card. Then if by chance the card company doesn't approve because it seems fraudulent you have to pay asap or they hit you with $48 late charge plus $6.50 processing fee. Unreal. Don't come here. Don't park here especially. Worst mall in NY area. Wish I could give zero stars.
