I've been going to your two stores for the last five years or more and spent hundreds of dollars every other day buying 2 to 3 to 4 games for your employee to say the policy is the policy and even if you come every other day and you spent thousands of dollars, we still not giving you your money back today will be my last time I will ever purchase anything in your store. I also understand that the customer is NOT always right and that entitlement SUCKS. Therefore I try to be patient and impartial when reviewing businesses and their employees. I was here recently and there was 1 sole female employee on shift. She was dealing with a couple while myself and 2 other people walked in and were waiting. It was like waiting for them to finish a date. She, the employee, was Laughing, jokingly flirting, and carrying on while myself and 2 other customers are just standing there and that is crazy. Then when the employee FINALLY finishes the actual transaction, she looks up at me and asks if she can help me but with an annoyed tone because I was on my phone and stopped paying attention to their date. It was as if we were all being held up by me when in fact we had all been being held up by their date for 10+ minutes!!! After all that I still wanted to give he r a chance but they did not have what I wanted which was just freakin insult to injury. I hate that I sound like a hater because I am the farthest from it but dam ma, FLIRT ON YOUR OWN DAM TIME!
