Instead of just trashing, they were still in great condition. We found this place, called them to see if they would buy old consoles which they do. It's in a little strip mall with a couple parking spot. Walked in and the first thing you see are video games and more videos games. Literally any kind of consoles and the massive selection of games on deck was insane. Like I said, I'm not a gamer but if you are, I'm sure you'll have loads of fun. There was two section, first was the video games areas. Glass counter filled with games of all sort. Old school Nintendo , Gameboy, and whatever consoles else there were. Loads and loads of video games. The other section seemed to have loads of games as well but also served the collection of cards. Instead of your baseball cards, there were Pokémon and more. Also a few arcade games which I don't know if it was for purchase of use. Everyone working was very sweet and friendly. They checked to see if the consoles still worked which they did. Also we had some games which they took as well. I didn't expect much of it as they were old school but we did get some cash out of it. If it wasn't a go with them, we would have just tossed or donated them. But glad to find out that this places does buy old video games consoles and it's a massive collection of items. Lots of new gear too posted on their IG when they get it. Talked to a couple people there too who were pretty friendly and helpful in answering our questions. Everyone working here was always offering to help answer any questions which is nice. Very approachable. They also list the prices at which they buy too which is nice. I will be coming back here for my video game needs !

The first employee immediately looked at me, and with a pretty obvious attitude said, "We only buy games before 6:30." Okay... how exactly was I supposed to know that? There was no prior reason for me to know their cutoff time, and it could have easily been communicated in a much more professional and respectful way. I decided not to make a big deal out of it and figured I'd browse the store and maybe buy something instead. Another employee asked if I needed help, and I told him I was just browsing. A little later, I asked him about some of the games on the wall and whether they were used. He said yes. I then asked what the games typically cost, expecting a simple answer from someone who works there. Instead, I was told, "You can just go check the sheet on the side to see what the games are worth." Seriously? I'm a customer asking a basic question about your store's inventory and pricing. I shouldn't have to feel like I'm bothering employees by asking for information. There's a huge difference between being busy and simply having poor customer service. It's absolutely no one's fault that most of you are virgins. Anywho, I walked in willing to sell some games and potentially spend money, and I walked out thinking, I'll take my business somewhere else. The video game selection may be decent, but customer service matters. If this is how customers are treated when they walk through the door, I can't recommend this place. If anyone had been to the Fairfax location before, they will find that the valet parking they have for West Hollywood is a game changer. No more stressing for parking. No more trying to decipher the parking signs or feeding the meters. The valet attendants are cool too... If they say the lot is full, its full... keep it moving. The store itself is spacious, bright and clean. Artwork by Mark Gonzales is always awesome to see in person. Gonz por vida... The way to get in is orderly. There are often still lines but that is to be expected because Supreme's popularity has not waned. Employees at the shop have always been and continue to be friendly and super helpful. I will always appreciate that. The weekly drops are still a draw for the tees, fleece and cut & sew items. And we all know each week has accessories whose collaborations and cobranding seem to be possible only by Supreme. Big fan of the new location. Tower Records forever. Spent many evening cruises down the strip and ended up in those aisles looking at LPs, cassettes & CDs. Cant forget all the posters.... Supreme at this address is the future and it's in good hands. I'm really disappointed with my experience at GameTower. I was sold two different Xbox consoles…read morethat were both defective, and instead of helping me, the staff claimed I "came back three times to cause problems." I came back because the consoles they sold me didn't work -- simple as that. I traded in a pristine Series S and paid extra for a Series X, only to receive a unit with a damaged USB port. They were able to exchange it for another but that one had a loose hdmi port. When I returned, Bobby did try to help, by tightening the HDMI port and giving me $15 in store credit but it doesn't fix the fact that I paid for a console that wasn't in proper condition. What makes this even worse is that I've been a loyal customer for years, even appearing in videos on their page. I've supported the store, recommended it, and spent plenty of money there. So being treated like I'm causing problems instead of being helped properly is extremely disappointing. I appreciate Bobby's effort, but I still don't feel satisfied as a customer. I expected honesty, respect, and real solutions -- not attitude and band‑aids. I won't be returning, and I hope others double‑check their purchases before leaving the store.

I guess it's their second location in LA? The store brought back so many memories. The outside display had the old school TVs with playing some N64 games. It was really cool. Inside the store, you saw all sorts of merchandise from Game Boy games, Dreamcast, Gamecube, N64, Nintendo, and even more current game systems like the PS5 and switch. There were so many collectibles inside the store. I ended up spending about 45 minutes just looking through all of their offerings. They have a lot of the older games for sale too. Many of them are used. I'd recommend taking a few pictures, and if possible, trying out some of the cartridges if you can, before leaving just to make sure everything works! It was a fun store to browse and look around. There was even a poster of the songs from the Zelda Ocarina of Time on the wall. Really cool place! I'd recommend stopping by the store if you're in the area and like video games!

Called in to the store to check on the inventory for Kuromi gaming chair since it was out of stock…read moreonline. Spoke to a gentleman who said there was 2 left and that he would hold it for me. Once I got there, I was immediately approached by an employee who asked me if I needed help. I told him I was here for a gaming chair and they told me that there was 2 of them left. The employee immediately asked the rest of them to see who spoke to me and directed me to Alex who assisted me with the transaction. I was very surprised that the employees all made sure to give the sale to whoever it was that first spoke to the customer. Normally, employees would be fighting to steal each other's sales to earn that commission. Alex not only helped with the transaction but personally delivered the chair to my car in the parking structure. The chair is now installed and the quality is definitely worth the money. If anyone is ever in the area and needs a Razer product, I definitely recommend coming to this store. The service is great and the store is clean and organized, even though there are a lot of people who come in to play on the demo systems there. If you end up buying something, make sure to look for Alex, he will take care of you and provide upstanding customer service.
