Even with 3 employees behind the counter they seemed to be more interested in talking amongst themselves rather than helping the several costumers in the store. I had bought a handful of stuff from them a few months back and was there to trade them in and buy new content as the store name implies, it's a rip off, even though paying $40+ the first time, they offered me less than $15 for it. Overall decent store, would've been a guaranteed 5 star if they displayed more Super Mario plushies. To those looking for a good game store, I recommend Media Reload. UNLESS... The girl sat on the FLOOR and cleaned our machine with q tips and rubbing alcohol. After waiting for an hour (or more) they handed our machine back to us and said it didn't power on or anything, and they threw our brand new Duracell batteries in the trash because of corrosion and handed us their cheap Amazon batteries instead. We got the game gear home and your staff didn't have the brightness turned up, so nothing could be seen. There is a guy who works there that is always rude, and sticking his nose in just to reiterate what we had already been told. Absolutely unprofessional and just ignorance. It's a GAME store. Sometimes they're only open a few hours a day, some days they're not open at all. "Staffing issues" with Now Hiring signs all over, but never any more employees in the store. I picked up a blu-ray the other day for $3.99 that sells for $40+ used online. But, the drive across town takes a chance that they may not be open. Inconsistent hours and minimal staff will end up running this place into the ground. It's a shame, because it used to be the premiere spot in Lansing to get used media.
