However, I did get an email hours later, saying my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store for my order, the app would not alert the store that I was there, so I had to call them...FIVE TIMES! Alas, they did not answer. An employee walking by in the parking lot said he was busy and couldn't help me, and I needed to go inside for assistance. OK, I walk in the store and look in the shed where the online orders are kept and a girl kind of ran at me, telling me to get out of there it is for employees only. OK, sorry, I didn't see any signs, and I was looking for an employee. So, all was good. I explained what I was there for and that the app wasn't working and the phone went unanswered. She wanted me to go through the store and to a register to retrieve my order that I was standing next to. I told her I would wait in the assigned area for my order. She arrived a little while later and wanted to know if I called another store because they had no missed calls. I showed her the number I called and the sign that provided the number. Oh, she said, our manager was on the phone with his boss, and that prevents calls from coming through. That was the end. She turned around and left, even as I was trying to tell her that my order was only 50% correct. This is decline.
