When I said we still have 20 minutes till close, I was told that they do that so they can get everyone checked out. If your sign says your open till 7 pm then that is when you close. This happened at the Midland store but has also happened at the other MO stores as well. I love searching for all the neat things they get but when I think I have a half hour only to be told basically I have ten minutes. If the stores are going to post the hours of operation then that is when they should lock the doors and turn the closed sign.

She just stood there and smirked at me and asked if I had enough money. I tried explaining to her that yes I did and could she please just help me. I even showed my balance to my roommates who I was with and they told the lady it should be working. When it kept declining I transferred twenty more dollars onto my card and my roommate told me not to hold my card in so aggressively. Maybe it was the holding of the card differently or the extra money but it finally went through. The manager who had been standing there the whole time not helping me said "are you sure you had enough money at the beginning? Didn't you just say you had to transfer money?" In the most condescending voice. I wish I'd gotten her name because my roommates and I walked out like did that really just happen? Apparently it isn't the first time they've had issues with their registers and checkout process. I'm on the lookout for her next time I go in so I can get her name.

I dread clothes shopping in general but this man just made it a little bit better for me with his enthusiasm and genuine kindness.

Well that's where this Kohls is, a non exciting small town in Michigan named Mount Pleasant. I was needing a new pair of work boots and there was nothing within a 45 minute drive so Kohl's it was. I promise I drove around and visited 4 other stores in search of plain black boots. This Kohl's only had 1 of solid pair which is understandable because there's no sense of options because it would not be profitable I getit and I got what they had. I asked some coworkers and their advice was Meijer's or Walmart, I looked at their shoes and attire and attributed it to being that in Houston, we're fashionable we keep up with what's hot and what's not. NO SHADE! Mount Pleasant has maybe 1% of African Americans, Houston, Tx has Beauty Supply stores every 5 blocks so Amazon was my 1st and only option. Kohl's still had pretty much of what's needed for all your household, accessories and clothes needs. My cashier wasn't too happy to see me but I was happy to see her because my wait in line wasn't not long. Kohl's always have sales and coupons you can combine. Here Today. Won't be back tomorrow!

Here today! Visited…read morethis Walmart in Mount Pleasant, Mi because Wally Mart is all I know when it comes to the everyday essentials. It wasn't until I visited this small town in Michigan that my discovered there's a Meijer's which is a Walmart competitor. Now for me, I won't buy my groceries there but when it comes to phone chargers, electronics, stationery, Holiday essentials, my white polo shirts, toiletries you know 1 stop shop items. I've noticed Wallymart has increased in prices over the years and especially in this state, I read it was due to staff and public theft. But at any rate, Wallymart is an all time favorite of mines. I will always head to Walmart when I need things especially when I'm on my travels. Here today! There tomorrow!

Some of the employees are actually kind of nice but I think all they all act like they're better than you regardless which is just weird.
