I dread clothes shopping in general but this man just made it a little bit better for me with his enthusiasm and genuine kindness.

My SIL did need help, and Phil found the item on his tablet and offered to go get it. He was back in a flash with the item and we continued shopping. When we got to the checkout, there was Phil again, and he rang up our orders. The whole time we were with him he was casually talking and joking with us. Phil was just so helpful and friendly. As I left the store I noticed my vehicle was the only one in the parking lot. I checked the store hours and realized they had closed a half hour ago. Phil never said anything, the girl at the door never said anything, there was no pressure to hurry up and leave. Not only does this Sam's have the best employees, they keep that store clean enough to eat off the floors. The merchandise is stocked perfectly, and the lighting is bright and cheerful. This has to be the best store in the chain, and my favorite place to shop in Mt Pleasant. Thank you Mt Pleasant Sam's Club, and please recognize Phil for the kind-hearted soul he is. Well that's where this Kohls is, a non exciting small town in Michigan named Mount Pleasant. I was needing a new pair of work boots and there was nothing within a 45 minute drive so Kohl's it was. This Kohl's only had 1 of solid pair which is understandable because there's no sense of options because it would not be profitable I getit and I got what they had. I asked some coworkers and their advice was Meijer's or Walmart, I looked at their shoes and attire and attributed it to being that in Houston, we're fashionable we keep up with what's hot and what's not. NO SHADE! Mount Pleasant has maybe 1% of African Americans, Houston, Tx has Beauty Supply stores every 5 blocks so Amazon was my 1st and only option. Kohl's still had pretty much of what's needed for all your household, accessories and clothes needs.
