In addition, he climbed on top of our trailer and found that one of the exterior wiring ports had not been sealed, causing water to leak into the bedroom, which he then patched. Also while picking the replacement TV our bunk slideout malfunctioned, and Mr. Caverson asked one of the techs, named Michael, to look for the problem. He discovered the reason and showed me how to fix it myself should it reoccur, which it did a couple more times before we were able to get the slideout motor replaced at our Kansas City destination. Great professional work, likely preventing dangerous traveling conditions. Camping World is fortunate to have these two exceptional employees on its team!

We rented one of their campers for 2 nights (family of 5). The camper was in great shape and had…read moreenough space for us. We brought our own linens and pillows, but there were some provided also. This campground is a majority "seasonal" campers who purchase their spot/lot for the entire season (May-Oct) and either stay there that entire time, or visit as they wish. For that reason, many of the campers have wooden decks and a sense of "permanence". The campground is very nice - it is quiet (very quiet - if you want to party, this isn't your place), well maintained, wooded, clean, and tranquil. We used the bath house instead of using the camper and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water ! We had no wait to use the showers. The property felt very safe and the owners have a strong presence as they live within walking distance of the campground. My 3 kids loved the pool, and I loved sitting in the shade and watching them play while I read a book ! Oh there is a playground also that my kids enjoyed. They met some other kids there which is nice. We brought our own food, but we also bought hot dogs, burgers, and tacos at the little shop. The owner sells LuLa Roe clothing and it is set up in the store, and I loved looking at the clothes too. Since this is only about 2 hours away from our home in North Oakland County, I can definitely see us returning since the kids had so much fun. Next time we hope to take some day trips. We have no plans to purchase a camper, so we would likely rent a camper again, or their small cabin (no water). We had no issues with the campground wi-fi when allowing our kids to stream shows before bedtime, and there was a TV with DVD in the camper - it only had 2 channels, but we were able to watch the news.

Rude. This campground is nice the game room, pool and camp sites were well kept. The owner "double…read morebooked" the the camper we were meant to rent for the weekend. We did not receive a phone call to make us aware of the situation. The camper that was available for us to use was right next to the road and camp store. As I understood it the camper belonged to the owners parents. It was full of their personal belongings which did not leave room for our things. We actually had to take the infant bed and toys out of the camper and carry it to the camp store so there would be room for our children to sleep. When this was brought to the owners attention she stated "you don't have to stay here". The camper was clean and in good working order, however it had a strong oder of moth balls. In the laundry facilities there were only 3 washers and 3 dryers that worked. When I entered the facility all of the washers were filled with wet clothes that appeared to be abandoned. So I removed them from the washer and placed them on the laundry table and proceeded to wash the towels that we used from the camper. As I was waiting for the washer the owner's mother approached me angrily and stated "I need these washers, I'm cleaning and I want to go home." I offered to remove my clothes from the washer but she stormed off. Later the owner approached me and verbalized that she (the mother) was working and scolded me for touching the washer. Also the playground equipment was in poor repair and the swings were not anchored to the ground. We took our kids to a nearby park to play on safer equipment. To sum it up this place has potential but the owners need to take a class on customer service. When I pay to stay somewhere for the weekend I don't expect to be treated as if I'm imposing on the hosts. I will NOT return.

BUYERS BEWARE! These people are nasty to work with! They made the home buying process an absolute…read morenightmare. The entire time Marcie Browne was so rude and money hungry. She treated our agent with complete disrespect and then tried to play the victim card. We made an unfortunate choice of lender and ended up having to switch last minute (first time home buyer mistake on our end). She started getting greedy and telling the sellers to ask for more money for the inconvenience and when dates were asked to be extended said she wasn't writing another addendum and that we were already "gifted one" from her. When we finally got to the closing, half way through she started throwing a fit that we were taking too long sign our paperwork (it's a 30 yr loan and i wanted to make sure i understood what i was signing). After all documents were signed we went to the house and pulled the sign out of the yard because we didn't approve of the way they handled business nor want association with them. They lost their minds playing the victim of us pulling the sign on the property that was fully ours at this point. They then entered the house (claiming they were grabbing the sign we placed in the garage) without us there by putting in the garage code they had never thought to share with us the new home owners. The behavior they displayed was truly appalling! I will never work with them again. If you consider buying a house from these people i would advise you to save yourself from the turmoil and run away!!!
