Well that's where this Kohls is, a non exciting small town in Michigan named Mount Pleasant. I was needing a new pair of work boots and there was nothing within a 45 minute drive so Kohl's it was. I promise I drove around and visited 4 other stores in search of plain black boots. This Kohl's only had 1 of solid pair which is understandable because there's no sense of options because it would not be profitable I getit and I got what they had. I asked some coworkers and their advice was Meijer's or Walmart, I looked at their shoes and attire and attributed it to being that in Houston, we're fashionable we keep up with what's hot and what's not. NO SHADE! Mount Pleasant has maybe 1% of African Americans, Houston, Tx has Beauty Supply stores every 5 blocks so Amazon was my 1st and only option. Kohl's still had pretty much of what's needed for all your household, accessories and clothes needs. My cashier wasn't too happy to see me but I was happy to see her because my wait in line wasn't not long. Kohl's always have sales and coupons you can combine. Here Today. Won't be back tomorrow!

I am a frequent shopper at the rue21 in my town mt pleasant. It's a store I know I can always make…read morean outfit for reasonable pricing In the clearance. Recently an employee, Katie, has been there while I'm shopping more often than not. She always gives me a warm genuine hello and asks how I have been doing. I hadn't been in in a while and she even went to say "I haven't seen you in a while, how have you been?" That made me feel like I mattered and brought a smile from ear to ear. Every time I am trying my clothes on she is always so fast to check in on me and take the things I don't want, and even goes out of her way to bring me new ideas. When I told her once that I usually only shop clearance (as she had brought me a beautiful-but out of my price range- romper) she didn't get annoyed at all. She actually introduced me to their Instagram! Now I'm not sure if every rue21 has their own Instagram, but they should! She explained that her and the team posted coupons all the time and there was one going on while I was in there! This girl talked me into grabbing not one, but 2 rompers AND a cute necklace to wear out with them! Not once did I feel like I was being pressured into buying something I didn't need! She even wanted to post me on the Instagram- (I'm a little insecure so I told her not today) but that made me feel so special! Thank you Katie!
