They only sent 21 but it does appear that they deducted the price of the missing hooks from my total. Here is my complaint. If they do not have sufficient quantity to fulfill my order, then their automated ordering system should have prevented me from ordering a quantity that they could not support. Secondly, as a simple courtesy, they should have contacted me by phone or emails and explained they could not support my ordered quantity.. They did the exact same thing about 5 years ago. When I contacted them about the shortage, they were hateful and said I was being difficult. All I said to them was that they should have notified me that they could not fulfil my ordered quantity. There was no need for them to get hateful. We exchanged several emails and phone calls and they would never admit that they did anything wrong.
