I brought it back to the shop, reciept in hand, but they said there was a no return policy. When I asked to speak to a manager, he said there's nothing he could do. So I asked to speak to the owner, and they refused to put me in contact with her. Now I'm here sitting at home with a broken vape, feeling like I got robbed by a chain. Just go to wild side instead! I bought a vape pen within the last week and it's halfway full and it stopped working. I called and…read morespoke with an associate who referred me to the manager Alex. Alex told me that there's nothing she can do because I don't have my receipt. I just don't know if a disposable vape pen should be a valid receipt to keep anyways. After I asked her who else I could talk to there, she said her managers name is Terry and that I can talk to him tomorrow. Then she acted like she lost her temper with me and said fine I'll just exchange it. When I arrived at the store. I caught Alex talking bad about me with another employee laughing. I asked her why I just caught her talking about me and she said I didn't. She took my vape pen from me that was no longer working and looked at it suspiciously and said that it's a different shape than the ones they carry. I couldn't believe that . I told her just to open one up and she'll see it's the same shape and she said no that she can't, but she knows it's not the same shape. She accused me of bringing in a product that I got somewhere else. I couldn't believe it . if you look at their website if your options tells you why they're different and how their products are better and how their associates really do care but obviously they don't. The attitude and unprofessionalism that I got in person was one of the most memorable worst experiences in customer service I've ever had in my life. Alex is obviously in need of some coaching and some honesty from a supervisor. Alex could really use a demotion, or at least some corrective action for the way she treated me. Especially in front of her other associates. What did those other associates learn today? How to talk bad about someone behind their back and accuse them of something there innocent of. What kind of a customer did she create today? A raving fan? From now on I will drive out of my way and pay a higher price gladly because I'm not doing business with Alex or with pure options. I wasn't asking for a new vape pen. I just wanted what was fair and wanted it explained to me professionally and without judgment. That seemed to be too much to ask out of the manager Alex. People like this are a disgrace to customer service. She never tried understanding my point of view. She never asked me how I felt. She never apologized. She only accused and acting suspicious to the point of losing a customer. Alex is an embarrassment to management and to pure options. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with her and definitely stress caution to any subordinates. This is not how you treat people. This whole situation could've been resolved with an apology and a 10% discount towards a new vape pen I think would've been fair. She did exchange it after making me feel like a liar and a con artist. Shame on you. I expect more out of pure options. Especially after all that on your website about how you're different. It's all BS I guess.
