I had fun looking around at all the different items - they specialize in natural and organic products and have something for everyone, whether you're vegan, gluten free, keto, etc. They stock lots of supplements, vitamins, health and beauty products, produce, snacks, even beer and wine. I was asked if I needed help finding anything, but at that point I was still just browsing. I did eventually need to ask for help finding the psyllium husk, and the employee led me right to the section I needed (of course I had walked right by it at least twice). The snack aisle of any grocery store is my favorite, so I had to check it out. I didn't end up buying anything there, but I did find a flavor of sparkling water that I'd been looking for - and it was on sale!
