I brought it back to the shop, reciept in hand, but they said there was a no return policy. When I asked to speak to a manager, he said there's nothing he could do. So I asked to speak to the owner, and they refused to put me in contact with her. Now I'm here sitting at home with a broken vape, feeling like I got robbed by a chain. Just go to wild side instead! They have a 48 hour return policy

When I asked for clarification on pricing the older man working the counter raised his voice, like he assumed I was hard of hearing, and then got a condescending tone, like he assumed I was dumb. I said nevermind, and walked out. I have no interest in supporting a business that can't supply even the most basic of customer service without being rude, and treating the customers as if they are dumb!
