Laura had some great ideas, her suggestions however are not as tactful as I think someone serving the public should be. Her suggestions were expensive, widespread and a MUST DO. The cost ratio of what would be a prefect home has to be weighed with price of what the market bears, the changes she suggested would price our home out of reach and we would never recoup our dollars . She was condensing and close to insulting on most of our decor, suggesting we may be " eclectic " in our taste because she couldn't put it in a category . Theres really not much she liked, ( our house was build in 2000 is its not exactly dilapidated ) ) . Her delivery gets in the way of her ideas. We have done several ideas she suggested and they do work , however her idea of staging in my opinion is very sterile and has no character or personality. We do appreciate the ideas but not the judgements, ( suggesting cow folk lore should be removed because we don't live in a barn , most prospects would not consider our home because the drapes are too short ) Again Laura , your not listening , your defensive , your scolding me . There are ways to say things to people , explaining the definition of a stager if u look it up , is not my idea of good customer service . You did your job, house looks great , we implemented some of your suggestions others we feel are too expensive and unrealistic. Let's agree to disagree.
