Stopped by here yesterday to get my car a MUCH needed wash. As I arrived I was a little surprised by the price, 35.00 for "gold wash" which included tires, armor-all dash, interior, exterior and choice of scent... I chose "new-car" scent myself. It's a sit-in drive through wash and then when done, your directed to a "pit-crew" type drying area. Nearly 5 guys came to my car and began immediately cleaning my car inside and out. Within minutes, my car was clean and never looked better. Very happy with service. Plus if you have kids, they have "water-sokers" inside waiting area to "shoot" your car as it moves through the wash area. Overall: first time, very impressed. Shameful! I waisted $35 for the premium car wash. When I got in the car, it felt dirty. Usually after a car cleaning, you get in the car and you have that "Clean Car feeling." I have a brand new car. The outside did look good, for a drive thru car wash but the inside looked like it was barely touched. The dash screen had my finger prints and dust that it did before I got is cleaned. The seats were not wiped off. There was still dust on the dash. They add little sheets of scented paper to the drivers floor, so it becomes black and dirty with your foot prints in no time. I had to go home and wipe the inside down myself. I was in a rush and it was a holiday weekend, so I did not have time to point out the faults. read more

Place has gone down hill. I have taken every car I've ever had here and used to get amazing service. Almost a micro detail. They were so meticulous. It was worth the 24-30 dollar car wash. Plus free drinks and a place for the kids to play you couldn't beat it. Came here two weeks ago and they did a half ass job on my car. Just didn't clean half the car and I got the 10 wax upgrade and I feel like they missed half the darn car. You could see where they put wax on but didn't rub it jn all the way, they completely missed the center console and the windows were streaky and smeared. I was in a rush and just figured my car looked better than it was. I'd been on vacation and busy running around all summer, it was pretty grimey . . Soo grimey that my little brother took his time to DETAIL it a week ago. He conditions the leather shampooed, etc my car looked amazing. All I really needed to do was maintain it. Took it back to the car wash on Wed for the 30 car wash and these guys did nothing! I knew the car was clean already, just wanted them to vacuum and wipe off any dust and armor all. The didn't armor all or even wipe off anything on the doors. I couldn't let this one slide and I talked to the manager and he said not it hadn't been done but he would make sure he did it then. And free beverages are awesome only if you have cups to actually get them.... WTH? 30 dollar car wash and I have to make sure you're doing what I'm paying for?! Overall for a half-decent car wash and towel dry it's not so bad... But on my last visit with my free deluxe car wash coupon I had asked the man drying the car to please wipe all of the door jams and remove the tree debris if any... Of course I come back after they waved me over and it's all still there plus the door jams are dripping wet. These employees have truly no pride in their work (remind you I understand it's medial labor but for 10-20 dollar car washes you should get what you pay for). I never return unless I have a free car wash, no way on earth will I pay for a wash at this place. I want so badly to like this place. It's conveniently located off route 3 and the exterior appearance draws you in. However!!! This is the 4th or 5th time I've come and paid for the highest package and left feeling I should have gotten my car washed in the hood for half the price. They just can't get it right. Dirt and debris remain after the clean every time. My floor mat looks like it was never touched. Console in the front was never wiped and was covered in dust. When this place first opened, it was a welcomed relief from the other sub-par business in the Crofton area washing/detailing cars. Since 2013, this business has been performing worse and worse. My most recent experience tells me that this business is no longer worth my money or time. I am thanking them for figuring out if you want your car done to your satisfaction that you have to do it yourself. The amount of money they charge for the quality of work is not equal. Too bad 'Bar Rescue' can't come in and fix this place because they are not adhering to their own mission statements and it is about time to move on from disappointments. They hurry you through the car wash using recycled water that smells of sewage only to sit outside in the hot sun waiting for one of the attendants to wave you into their bay. In that time, the half-washed car has a lot of soap residue that has dried onto the car. Once in the bay, they make a halfhearted effort in drying and cleaning the inside/outside of your car. They rush through it missing spots only to get pulled to the side and talked too by a car's owner on spots they missed. If the price was cheaper, I would not complain, but my money and time should equate to better quality of service. If you're new and looking for a good opinion, I recommend finding another place or washing/detailing it yourself. If you don't believe this, go experience it yourself and see for yourself. read more

I give this place a 2.5. If you're in a rush and there is no line then go for it. I've been a couple times, and every time I havent been blown away. At best, I have been nearly satisfied. The most recent time I went the car wash engineers brought my car around and told me they were finish. I did a walk around and saw that there was still DRY mud on the car in some spots. Water spots from my car sitting so long after it was washed. For the money they ask for you're better off washing it yourself. They do a decent job with the interior. Just lack attention to detail. I understand it gets pretty crowded and they have to go through a lot of cars but the customer shouldnt take that hit. I know all about the car washing business... They leave streak marks and they should be ashamed of the way they clean the inside of your car. They must use dry rags to wipe down the inside of the cars. Absolutely terrible. This is car wash meets the definition of "family-oriented" head on. This is defined as "at least the kids will have a good time". It's far too expensive. It's nice and clean on the inside of the facility, you sit in your car during the initial wash, and there are gimmicks for kids (and some adults) like water cannons to shoot cars and candy at the front desk. But I didn't pay 30 dollars and change for candy, I paid good money for a hard, good job by employees who are washing my car. Maybe I'm spoiled by other car washes, but I was disappointed for the price and for the job they did. I didn't find many other locations off route 3, so I settled for this place. I knew they were going to try me as soon as they saw what I looked like- young and brown. I'm so glad I checked my car thoroughly before I left. I got the $35 package which is exterior and interior- pretty basic. I wasn't looking for a full detail, but they did a piss poor job vacuuming the inside. I literally could of spent $2 and done it myself, and better, at WAWA. Luckily, the manager was super nice and cool and redid the careless job. That's the only reason this is getting 4 stars. I am impressed by this place. For anyone that knows me I enjoy a place that allows me to use my discount with coupons. This place always has deals on Groupons and coupons from various grocery stores printed on the back of receipts. While waiting on your car you can have complimentary water and juice boxes inside. The job done on your car is pretty good and quick. I admit I never paid to get my car wash ever until I got to MD. This is great, super easy and straightforward. I'm no Little woman, but don't like to deal with stuff like this do I usually force it on my husband to do. But we were driving by, and the note on the dash says "change oil" when we turn on the car, so I figured I'd do as I was told for once. They couldn't have made this easier or more relaxing to do! Usually there is someone taping them down but today I guess that wasn't important since there was a huge line (which I sat in twice). I went through twice because the first time it was "broken" they said (no water). Only took them an hour to try to wash my car...twice. Then they ask oh you want to sign up for the $79.99 membership? Well that depends on whether or not you plan to replace all of my car parts? BTW she didn't even go check to see if there was someone taping. I wonder how many other people lost their wipers today. I had a terrible experience here. I brought my car in for a wash and when they finished my door lock was damaged. It was the ring around the lock which was broken, so not a terribly costly repair. But I told the management and they refused to accept responsibility. They told me that corporate would contact me via phone, which never happened. But what i did receive was a letter in the mail stating that they didn't believe they were responsible. I am okay with repairing the damage that their cleaners caused, as it was a small price to pay in order to ensure i never give this place my business again. I have been a member here for several months now. For the past month my membership card never was able to scan at the kiosk. I then was issued a new sticker with a different code and that too has not been working my past two visits. It is very inconvenient when you think you're about to get a quick car wash. Today, the line after the wash was extra long. There seemed to be no organization whatsoever getting the cars dried or pulled into the garage for further cleaning. This is by far the most horrible and unprofessional car wash I've ever mistakenly taken my car to. For one the men cleaning your car have absolutely no remorse for your vehicle or your belongings inside. I had wired lights professionally done throughout my whole car, these men viciously ripped them out of my floor to the point to where they even bent the prongs so bad they are unusable. On top of that issue alone, they vacuumed up my entire change compartment (mostly quarters) that visibly had my nameplate lying on top. Upon leaving I called and informed them that they'd vacuumed it up and gave my name and number and was told I'd receive a call back after they found it. Got a call, two hours later, they CONFIRMED the name on the necklace and every tiny detail told me I could pick up the following morning. The following morning comes, no one on shift knos anything about my necklace and all the rude women I spoke to had to say was "was all in all any thing left in the vehicle is not our responsibility".. GIVEN, yes i did leave it in my car to get cleaned but shouldn't these people have some sort of brain cells to NOT vacuum up a necklace AND 7$ IN CHANGE. I went to the Auto Spa for the first time last Saturday morning. I was quite impressed with the looks of the large operation as well as how organized and clean it was. The operator of pay booth was very professional and courteous and once I explained what I needed she quickly called out for the managers assistance. I was meet by the location manager, Alysia Torres. What a lovely, professional and courteous young woman. Another car wash had left residue on my brand new car's back bumper. No one was sure what is was. She quickly went and got a spray bottle and a cleaning cloth and went to work. The residue was gone in seconds. I was so happy and asked if I could purchase what she had sprayed and how much did I owe her? She gave me a big smile and explained that she didn't know what was in the bottle and no it wasn't for sale. No charge she was happy to help. I had to give her a hug! and I am now a monthly member. SO DISAPPOINTED! I go here several times throughout the year to have my car cleaned; but today was the last time. I had some items taken from my car, one being my wireless ear piece. I always stow away my items so that it's easy for the guys to clean and wipe down my surfaces and I have never had an issue. But today someone actually went through my car and took some things. Sadly I did not realize it until I was 15 minutes down the road when I went to take all of my items back out.
