Typical Gambino's. Have eaten here multiple times. Every time is good! Had a large Mobster to go last weekend and it was amazing as usual. Lunch Buffett is always good. I just moved to Eudora few weeks ago and wanted to try them out. Last night was the second order, I gave them a second chance on delivering a pizza. I know they were busy, and the delivery time said 70 minutes which it was. That is fine, I knew that before I completed the order. The pizza arrived cold. It was the same way the first time. I don't expect it to be steaming hot, I might not be the first stop of the driver after all! But I had to microwave it. Terribly disappointed. read more

Alrighty little Gambino's in Eudora, America, here goes my review. This tiny little oasis of pizza is turning out fine corporate pies. The service when you call is always pretty spot on, they're organized and on time when you arrive for pick-up (the only reason I'm coming here but it's for visiting friends). Never late, and the pies are always fine and reasonably priced My only question, which has nothing to do with this location, is why tiny Eudora and Tonganoxie north of here both have locations serving pretty much better pizza than you can get in the college town of Lawrence? Maybe they'll figure it out eventually. If you're worried about a small town pizza joint in Eudora, don't. They'd easily compete with and beat most of what is in Lawrence a few miles to the West. If you come: all cards accepted, they have beer for sit-down. Large parking lot in front of building. Don't worry, there'll be a spot for you. read more

Got scammed. Called to see if they had any specials and they had a large pizza with 2 toppings for $13. I asked the person on the phone if I could get the deal even if I only wanted 1 topping. He said it was okay, so I ordered two large pizzas with one topping each. Couldn't pass up a sweet deal like that. When I went to pick up the pizza I was informed by a worker that I had to get 2 toppings for each pizza. Despite telling the customer what happened over the phone, he didn't budge. Payed $34 instead of $26. Just don't order from here on a Tuesday night at 7:21. Food was fire though. read more

Takes way longer than necessary and the staff don't cut the pizza barely. Their delivery system is alright. However scenery is astonishing.

I'm writing this review as compared to midwest style pizzas. This pizza does not compare to Neopolitan, NY pies, etc. But for what I consider midwest style pizza, this has a special charm. Gambino's has a few restaurants around Kansas that I have been to. It doesn't taste like frozen pizzas or gas station pizzas. It is not made with fresh ingredients. But I like it. Eudora is close enough to Lawrence that if you want good pizza, you're probably better of just driving the extra five minutes to L-town. If you're willing to settle for a pretty mediocre pie topped with a bunch of factory-produced ingredients, go for it. It's not very good, but it is edible. Service was predictably not that great, given that bored teenagers seemed to comprise the entire staff. Worse, bored teenagers having to mostly deal with families with lots of children. Of course, being a counter service place, there's not much to the service anyway. I don't usually like to review any place after one visit, but that's truly all it took to get a good sense for what Gambino's is all about. If you absolutely need a pizza fix in Eudora, you could probably do worse than Gambino's--cheapo frozen pizza comes to mind. But for my money, I'd just take an extra few minutes and go to Lawrence. read more

I am writing this in hopes they will take a bit of advice on service. I realize that asking for a tip while paying is now a thing most companies do, if I had known that the only service I would get was the pizza brought to the table, I would have thought twice before tipping anything at all! No plates, no napkins, no table ware. I had to get up and get it all myself and with no instruction on where to find anything. When I asked about it, there were no apologies on any type of misunderstanding. I wont' be going back. The pizza was "OK," the food is overpriced, and I would be fine with all of that but they need to learn a little bit about customer service. I just didnt care for their overall attitude. I don't have to bring them my business, so I won't. I don't think the kids working there even care if anyone shows up. Management should step in and teach them how the company wants to be represented....or maybe this is it? read more

In our small town this is our go to for pizza. Our order is always correct and hot. Sometimes the salad bar isn't very appealing but we usually carry out or do delivery. Just wish the prices were more reasonable or coupons were more readily available. read more

We ordered a Taco Pizza, Pepperoni Craver's Pizza, and a Deluxe Pizza. The wait time for delivery was 30 to 45 minutes, but pick up was only 15 minutes. The Taco pizza really tasted like a taco! It has refried beans, beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and taco sauce on the side. Yummy! The others were OK. There isn't much to choose from in the small town of Eudora, and Gambino's is one to try again! read more

The food is usually good and or ok. It's pretty convenient to order over the phone after a hard day at work. But if you're looking for better pizza head to Lawrence. The service is usually friendly but today when I called to make an order the female over the phone had an attitude as if me calling in to make a delivery was going to ruin her day. I heard another say in the background we don't have time to take card numbers and by the time I had finished my order she was getting ready to hang up before getting my card information and sighed when I told her I was paying via card. read more

Since moving to Eudora, Gambino's has become the go-to place when we don't feel like cooking dinner. We have ordered from here dozens of times in the last year and not once have I been disappointed. We usually order one of their specialty pizzas such as the Cheeseburger, German or Polynesian and hot wings for my daughter. Take-out is always ready quick.
