The pizza is fixed just how I like it ! Comes to me nice and hot! The waitress is experienced and knows the game! Friendly and charming! The prep time is long due to in house orders and tons of takeout orders! It is in an old building downtown but is kept neat and clean!!! Great staple of downtown Ottawa. We come into town a few times a year and always love this place for our pizza fix. They have a great selection to choose from and even offer gluten-free options. It's the best pizza in the area. Parking sucks, but it's Ottawa. If Pizza Hut would go back to the way they made pizza like they did in the 80's, then it wouldn't be disgusting like it is now. At least with Pizza Time, it tastes really good, and better than any franchised chain. Casey's is only as good as who makes it, so it's hit and miss, sometimes good, sometimes not as good, but at least I can say Pizza Time has never had a bad pizza to date, and always tastes great every time read more

We went in for lunch after reading reviews. It's easy to find on Main Steet and street parking was easy. Clean inside including windows and tables. Seated right away buy super friendly woman (Arlia?). Patrick at the pizza bar was very helpful. Cheese pizza surprisingly great!! Thin crust, somewhat sweet sauce, great cheese blend. Not over cooked or burnt. Salad bar was simple. Cookies: chocolate chip was incredibly good! Bread sticks had great garlic flavor. Really a perfect small town restaurant with decor and service! I've been staying in hotels in Ottawa for a couple of weeks for work and I've ordered the Super Combo several times. A small pizza is more than enough for one person, and let me tell you, it is OUTSTANDING! The flavors all mix together so well, and they put ample cheese on the pizza. Ok, compared to the world of pizza this is not the worlds best but WOW the lunch buffet is worth every penny. I am normally a healthy eater but I splurge here. They have around 3-4 types of pizza, desert pizza, cookies, and a salad bar. BONUS: the staff is amazing. You can't find a nicer and more dedicated group. read more

Just moved into town and decided to give this place a try. As a recommendation from another person on yelp I ordered a large chicken bacon ranch pizza with a dozen cookies. The pizza was okay, but I wouldn't be able to tell there was ranch in it and the tiny pieces of chicken on top didn't make it any better. As for the cookies they were pretty raw in the middle... Walked in, sat down and was asked to move because the table was reserved but had no markings. So we moved and before we got to actually look at the menu was asked to order (never been there, so had no idea what was on the menu). Got our drinks and placed our order. Waited about 25 minutes for 3 small pizzas. Every other table that was seated after us were already eating. Was asked how we were doing and told our server we hadn't gotten our food yet. A minute later it came. It seemed like part of the order had been sitting for the entire wait. Food was decent apart from not being fresh. Waited for our check but it never came so went up to the counter to pay. Waiting in line took as long as the wait for food. There's no POS system here. On the way out, a server shoved open the kitchen door into the hallway and hit me square in the face. Asked if I was OK as he walked away. Needless to say, we won't be going back. read more

Pizza Time has been a local staple for decades. I have never had a bad pizza at Pizza Time. Always hot. Lunch buffet has salad, soup, pasta, and breadsticks in addition to pizza. I think buffet is weekdays only. Easily the best pizza in Franklin County. read more

They never skimp on the toppings and the crust is made from scratch. Amazing pie for the price. Service is excellent and the delivery time is super fast. I always do delivery when I order pizza. I was in the mood for something different. So we went to their store downtown on Main Street. I was shocked. We went back within the week. I love their pizza but I also like the decor and how many locals are always there unlike many of the other businesses in town. It is very family oriented and a great night on the town.
