Delivered my food to the wrong house then said it's where the gps took my driver, and had us walking all over trying to find it. 'The house said 612 but it's where the gps took me so I dropped it off' lol k. Will be calling corporate too. Just so you know. All of our food was cold, and the wings had NO sauce. This Pizza Hut is very hit or miss. Yesterday I ordered $80 worth of pizza and ordered ahead of time that it be delivered at noon. I had to call them at 1230 and ask them where it was. They said they were still making it and they had another order that needed to be delivered at noon. I guess they're order was more important than ours. So very disappointed in our local Pizza Hut. We order usually once per week but the pizza and customer service has reached our "do not order" list. Tonight we paid extra for additional sauce and cheese. Said pizza literally has 0 sauce. Topping it off, it was cold. Called to complain as this was just the final straw. Was told we would have to wait 2, yes 2 hours for a replacement or we could get a credit. This was verbal from employee talking to manager as the manager obviously didn't have time to speak with a customer. All these complaints about Pizza Hut here, I just don't get it. Staff is helpful, kind and they save my order. Awesome food, awesome people and at an awesome price. Decent pizza but not the best in Ottawa if you want pizza try local pizza restaurants like Pizza Time or Pizza Village.

We had a terrible experience with Pizza Hut last night! We ordered delivery at 615 and at 745 (I had been on hold for 20 minutes trying to get a refund) the driver showed up and could have cared less that he was late! Said they had one other driver and were too busy, that they weren't even answering the phones! Their customer service was almost as bad as the pizza! They made sure to upcharge is for the cheese sticks... but left out the cheese! We won't be repeat customers! We hadn't had Pizza Hut for 3 years... now I remember why! read more

I order from here often and it's pretty hit or miss every time. The people they have delivering are always super nice, so that's appreciated. my name is William. I recently ordered 2 Pizza's from your Ottawa Location. 1 Medium Cheese. 1 Large Pepperoni Cheesy Bite Pizza. BOTH TERRIBLE. When I called up there to ask them what to do about it they told me I had to bring it in. I told them my guest's and I threw them away. I told the lady that. She then told me I should dig them out of the trash in order to bring them back for them to do something. I dug out as much as much as possible and brought it back. So I did. When I got there the General Manager was very DISRESPECTFUL and when I told her it was burnt she proceeded to argue with me and pick up a piece of pizza and shake it trying to prove it wasnt burn. I said "the lady on the phone told me to bring it up so they could exchange it for another". The GM (Eddna) Refused and only offered me my money back. I am very upset. Light on the sauce, light on the pineapple, and light on the extra bacon. I would have been better off getting a take and bake from Wally World and putting my own canned toppings on it. The cheese bread was light on cheese. I miss Domino's pizza I wish there was one in this town. My friend said the staff was rude to his wife over the phone in the past. So given the bad experience with the pizza and what my friend told me I will not be giving my hard earned money to an establishment that strives to make mediocre pizza. read more

Food is really good. I enjoy the stuffed crust pizza the most! The reason for the average review is because the service is always unbearably slow. It seems like every time I'm there I get some kind of attitude from someone. I know it's not the Ottawa's Pizza Hut's fault but the food is waaaaay over priced for the value you get. If they want more people to come here instead of McDonald's, Arby's, and Taco Bell they need to have a place where the customers feel like they are in a friendly environment. Not only was our thin crust burnt but we paid extra for marinara and didn't receive it so we pulled back up and were given pizza sauce and there was a piece of cheese in it. When I called to speak to the manager she said she had to make marinara so she had to give me pizza sauce and I asked why she couldn't inform me of that since I specifically paid for marinara and there's a huge difference. We stopped by, during off-peak hours, last Tuesday, at 5 p.m. There were no employees in the dining area of the store. The place was entirely empty, but we could hear voices in the kitchen, so I do believe it was open for business. There were tables with food debris and dirty dishes, and unwashed tables. The place was filthy. After 5 minutes in the restaurant, with no human appearance from employees, we left, and had excellent pizza in an older down town establishment.
