Excellent service! I was in a rush to order a uniform for my EMT class later that week and I decided to buy an oversized pants. I didn't come back until 4 weeks later to resolve this issue but the manager was very kind and attentive and even offered to allow me to exchange my current pants for a whole new set. I came in as they were closing, but they still made sure to stay until I was able to walk away with the correct size that same day. One word of advice though. It does take time for the full uniform to come in once you order it. Definitely plan to make your purchase at least 2-3 weeks before you need it if you want it in time. read more

NO STARS!!! Galls is the WORST uniform store you can ever go to. The employees are completely rude and they treat their customers like shit. They never answer their phone and they never have your uniform ready when they say they will. I don't know If they are pissed off because they could never be a police officer or deputy sheriff, and the closest they can get to it is selling law enforcement uniforms that they will never be able to wear. But it's not my fault that they couldn't make it...work harder. Don't let me get started on them not answering the phone. When they do answer the phone 1 out of 100 calls, the attitude amplifying from their voice be having you think "who are you talking to like that?!!!!" When you ask about your order, they always say "Are you in the next academy class?" I be like why? So you can run and tell Tactical Staff that I'm asking for my order or you can treat me worse than you are now. Nope I'm far from the academy, find another weak link you can scare with that. Next, DO NOT EVER ORDER anything from them online. I ordered a couple of handcuffs and a cuff case. The handcuffs were on back order and I was cool with that. But the cuff case was in stock. Approximately four days later, I get a tracking number saying it will be shipped. A week later, the tracking number says it's still waiting for galls to ship it. Come to find out, they secretly canceled my order and had no reason why. But they did not call me to tell me why. Then they had the nerve to say we can reorder it. My husband received a two week notice for his academy date and we were in a complete panic to get everything he needed. Not the Galls it used to be. Ordered a pair of boots. Throughout the process everything stated, "In Stock, Ships Within 24-hours." That is until I Placed the order and they charged my credit card. Then it was estimated Ship Date 12/12/2022! Seriously???? Called to cancel the order, which they said they did. Looked at the order online today as I noticed they charged my credit card, and yep, order was "Still Processing with the same estimated ship date." Cancelled it again and will have to watch or dispute the charge on my credit card. Absurd to charge for something you are not going to ship for 2-months! Never ever again Galls. read more

Wish i would have read the Yelp reviews before coming here!! Came here to purchase boots for EMT school for my son, the (African American man at the register ) i didn't catch his name is useless! Asked him for a size and apparently it was too far out of his reach, he got attitude & eye rolls instead of customer service. When we mentioned the 10% discount that we are suppose to receive for attending west coast emt school, he responded with .. " well I'll think about that" apparently he must still be thinking about it because 73.00 later we never received it. Thanks for nothing. I had a few bad experiences with some local uniform stores in the past. The last store, who I won't name, actually sewed on the American flag patch upside down. (Seriously!!) Ultimately I got everything straightened out. Years later it's time replace a few uniforms and I wasn't thrilled about having to deal with it again. I decided to suck it up and drive 45 minutes to Galls and expected the worst. Once I got there I was surprised how efficient they were. Prior to me arriving, there was some confusion as to which shirts were correct for my department. Employee Bryttany immediately knew what my department policy was and got me set up with the correct shirts. Although she was the only one working alteration at that time, she was efficient in getting me sized up and even helped other customers as she helped me. Overall I had a great experience and definitely recommend. Well worth the 45 min drive for me to get there! read more

Galls - Uniforms Near Me - Riverside, California

I had an incredible experience with Gall's in Riverside. I initially went into the store in mid-June to order my uniform for my upcoming EMT course. The whole process of getting the correct uniform was very straightforward, and the employees there helped me to ensure I had the appropriate attire for my class. I ordered my uniform very far in advance because I would be spending the next 6 weeks traveling around Europe. I was only going to have the Saturday and Sunday before my class to pick it up before my class began (on Monday August 5th). Fast forward to yesterday (Saturday August 3rd): I arrived back in the US and realized that Gall's was closed on weekends!! I was very frustrated with myself for not paying closer attention to the hours of operation. Not only would I have to find something to wear on the first day of my EMT course, but I felt I would look very unprofessional and unprepared to the instructor(s) (all because I didn't realize they were closed on weekends). I looked online and found the manager's email (Randall Ideishi), and emailed him in a last chance effort to see if I could somehow get my uniform before my class started. Fast forward to today (Sunday August 4th): Randall called me in the morning, said he saw my email regarding my situation, and offered to pick up my uniform and meet me somewhere so I could have it before my class started. Not only did he go out of his way to help me on his time off, but he has allowed me to start my class off on the right foot. This is, without a doubt, the BEST customer service I have ever received. I can not thank him enough, and I will most certainly be returning to Gall's in Riverside in the future. read more

Then I take it in to have patches sewed on and they say it's a 3 day turn around because I didnt buy it "in house." Are you kidding me!? The 2 ladies (one of them is named Lady) that work in the alterations department deserve 5 stars for how much they do with so little help. Other than that, this store is poor in customer service. Paid for patches in advance for additional uniforms. I was told by the manager they would have them restocked in store in time to have them sewn on to my uniforms. I get a call 3 weeks later to be told after they don't, and won't, have them in stock on time by the time uniforms are scheduled to be done. Their alterations were backed up 14 days, been 20 days and the uniforms are still not done. We were told they were short on a seamstress, and stuff happens, but that is a ridiculous time frame. I am now being told by a lady at customer pickup that all uniforms (for the academy class) will be ready Friday, March 1st. I asked if there were any problems with the uniforms if they will be repaired that day, since they are essentially trying to finish roughly over 100 uniforms in 1 week. We have been told numerous times that all uniforms will be finished Friday since their new business hours have them closed Saturday and Sunday as of March 1st. The manager is nowhere to be seen during any of this. Something needs to be done about this location or they will continue to lose business. read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. It has taken me 3 MONTHS to get all the pieces to my work uniform finished and not one item has been done correctly. First they didn't tailor my pants and I had to go back in again to get them done. Second they didn't apply any of the patches to my shirts (name strip and company logo on both sleeves). Third my jacket didn't have the name badge made or applied and when I asked them to make it for me they said they would put a rush on it. It took 2 weeks to receive and was STILL NOT DONE RIGHT. Literally every single item ordered was done incorrectly and it took them 3 months to do it. Ridiculous. read more

Don't go here. Just save yourself. Myself and my counterparts came in and spent 1300 dollars in a day (because we had to, our vouchers were written for Galls). You'd think that we would get some sort of service because of that. Not even special service, but just service. No. we picked most of our own stuff. The alterations were sub par. They didn't acknowledge half of us. Orders were late. They orders were also screwed up and not together. They didn't put the patches on the shirts (which we provided) and had to wait for that. It was a joke. In addition, we all showed up at 3, didn't leave until almost 6 (there was only 3 of us) and the employees complained that they were staying late. There are other options and I have had excellent results with them. I was so disappointed here and the sad part is that it is not the first time it happened. read more

I just started a new job two weeks ago, and I was referred by sheriff's headquarters to go to this place and a few others. I went here first because it's closest to my house. When I walked in, I was greeted by a nice, young gentleman who works at the first register. I asked where I could get help with finding the appropriate uniform for my position, and I was directed to the back of the store where the fitting rooms are. I find the smallest size available, with the assistance of one of the female staff members. She helps me with getting it fitted, and I later pay for all my items. I tell her I need the uniforms by the 29th of October, but they weren't done until the 31st. My sister goes to pick them up for me, and she has to wait 15 minutes because they forgot to put the patches on the shirts. I see my uniforms later, and they don't have the rockers I need. My uniform looks like a deputy uniform, and I am not a deputy, which means I cannot wear them until I get them fixed. I'm glad I decided to go somewhere else and get an additional uniform. That one was ready in time. Before I checked out, I told the woman what patches I needed and my job title, twice. Not only were the patches forgotten to begin with, the woman didn't even get my order right. I just called the store and asked if I was charged for the rockers, and I was told that I wasn't. Make sure your uniform has everything it needs before you leave the store. For what I payed, I expected excellent service. The woman who helped me offered decent customer service. The only reason I'd ever go back to this store is because of how welcoming the young man was. If you can, try going somewhere else, unless you've had a better experience than I did. read more

If zero stars was an option that's what I would rate Galls. It has gone downhill and fast. Alterations done incorrectly, despite being measured. Patches not put on right even though they have the specs in hand. Chiefs buttons put on a firefighter Class A Uniform, because of a lack of attention to detail. Incomplete Class A because "you didn't ask for it", we also didn't "ask" specifically what was indicated on the spec, it was expected that what was on the spec is the work that would be done as per our request !! Their turnaround time is astronomical for work that is incomplete and inaccurate. You are made to feel as though you are a burden to the untrained staff who will ignore you and then not complete the work and overcharge you. Went to 2 Hot Activewear in Murrieta, trust me on this !! Take the drive and use them !!! Work is completed quickly and with care and most importantly, ACCURATELY !! read more

I went on a pretty busy day. It took about an hour to get seen just to try on the uniform I wanted. But the staff was very patient and accommodating. When it was my turn to try on my uniform, Leidys was really helpful and patient. She made sure I was going to be comfortable in what I wanted, so she had other jumpsuits for me to try on, just to be sure. She also said it would take 10-12 business days for my jumpsuit to be ready, and it only took about 7 business days. They were also about to put the "ñ" on my name tape which was awesome. read more

If you work for the San Bernardino County Sheriff... Don't even bother going here... Since they moved, they don't carry our uniforms. They don't even have our patches to put on shirts if you bring them in. The service also sucks... Practically ignored... Then when I was asking about the San Bernardino County Sheriff uniforms, two female employees stared at me with their mouths open like I was speaking a foreign language. Then said, "What?" I absolutely HATE this store. I have been there three times in the past 11 months with a PO in my hand to order uniforms (which I am SO GRATEFUL are optional for my position) and I leave, PO in hand EVERY TIME. I cannot in good conscience give these people any money. Even if its not my money. I just can't. They never have anything I need in stock. I have yet to understand a customer service person there that could coherently answer any of my questions. One such question was, "What is the largest size these pants come in?" Another one, "Are there ladies sizes in these pants or just mens sizes?" I swear I would get blank stares and grunts. On top of that, their prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I went with a co-worker to order uniforms (I had my own PO and didn't use it). It took the girl behind the counter forever and a day just to type up a receipt in the computer. She asked if she could email the receipt, was told yes, and it never happened. When my co-worker finally received her order and got everything home, she found one pair of pants had a whole in the MIDDLE OF THE THIGH. Not in the seam or someplace you can't really see it, but THE MIDDLE FRONT OF THE THIGH. Guess what? Galls refused to take them back. Shocked? Not really. I will do everything in my power to avoid EVER having to go to Galls again. read more

Went to get simple alterations (hashmarks added to long sleeve shirts). I've had this done before at another location and the process took about 15 minutes and I was out the door. I walked in to this location and was told to sign in to an iPad and then was directed towards the back. There were a few customers waiting to be seen but it was only about 3-4. I thought for sure this wouldn't be too bad. Just under an hour passed and I wasn't called at all. At that moment, I cut my losses end decide to walk out. The same customer service person who to the iPad an hour earlier saw me walking out and didn't too concerned. No one cared. Abysmal customer service. Very disappointed. First time customer who potentially was going to offer 15+ of business but I will never make the drive here again. read more

I was starting my modular academy in a few days but was unable to drop off my clothes to get embroidered and have my name pressed on for my PT gear. I work 2 hours away and would be impractical for me to drive back in forth. He ordered my clothes for me over the phone and I was able to come in same day and have my name pressed on my clothes and pick up my uniform in time for the academy. Randall did a great job, hopefully corporate gives this man a bonus. read more

Purchased a few items at galls in person, paid with my credit card and took my items home. A few weeks later I received an invoice from galls accounts receivable that the items I had purchased in person were ordered and shipped to the store and I now had an outstanding balance due and if not paid would go to collections. I called Galls Riverside store and asked them about it which they said bring in the invoice so they could look at it. I told them I live an hour away and that was not possible. They then said call Lexington KY headquarters and figure it out with them. I told him to take my info and you look into it as it was your mistake and call me back and after many protests he said he had customers and put me on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called Lexington and 15 min later it was all cleared up and was an error on their end. Big business is not always better these people have lost me as a customer and I suggest you shop elsewhere. read more
