Instead of bleaching, she explained that bleaching at all would damage it (obviously) but she explained it like it would ruin it curly or straight but she had bleached hair too? I tried to do my undercut instead because I could just shave it, but she still refused, I'm guessing cause she didn't know how to do my hair. She offered me a moisturizing treatment because my hair was dry, (mind you because I didn't wash my hair for the upcoming bleaching) and then to shave my undercut? I'm so sorry-I missed a message from the girls and I didn't realize. I've also had a sick little one so I'm so sorry for the delay in responding. I thought someone was reaching out to you but they had asked if you want it done on the 28th or just before/around that date? We don't have availability on the 28th Again, so sorry about that!" I responded understanding stating "no worries, things happen" and asked if they had opening the next two days. Then on 3/27 I received a response that they had no openings. If this is how you operate a business, shame on you. I found a better salon where someone stayed late just to take good care of my mother on her birthday after you seriously dropped the ball. She pays attention to detail, nice conversationist, great colors to choose from not to mention my hands and feet look & feel amazing. Plus it was no more expensive then the small walk-in places. Then it was off for a massage. It is the 3rd massage I have had with Sam. She starts out slow to put you in the zone. She softly asks if the pressure is ok.
