Tbh, Lori is only the 3rd person who's done my hair since 2008, and I was extremely anxious. She is a rockstar. She took the time to explain what she thought we should do and why. Additionally, she took the time to start building a relationship, which is extremely important to me as what she does with my hair is something people see until my next appointment. I highly recommend Lori. She's great. The salon had a relaxed vibe as well. Everyone was super nice! Thanks, see y'all in December.

I showed my reference photo of the color I wanted to Ramona. She said the photo was filtered but she could do an over all color and get me close to the photo shown I had light tips and money pieces . She botched my hair , I didn't get my layers and rushed me out without giving me the chance to really see the work I get home where I could see in my mirror expecting my hair to at least be close and my heart sank. I called and they told me they'd give me a discount to come back and get my hair toned and fixed and the owner would call to schedule me an appointment. When I didn't get the call I called in myself and they called me a liar, told me I'd admitted to previously dying it myself(which I didn't), and that they weren't going to help me. I paid almost $180.00 for this and I could have gotten a 10x better job with my husband throwing Sally's box dye on my hair.

I can honestly say that it was THE BEST massage that I have EVER had! It was so good, in fact, that I referred my best friend to Sally and now she's hooked! Sally is very professional and kind, and gives the most incredible massages. Their prices are great, too! I highly recommend checking out Salon Midi to see what I am talking about. Update: (see first review if you haven't)…read more I love that Tonya tried to turn this around to "I'm just a disrespectful person as my general to adults," but then admitted she doesn't know me and hadn't heard from me even after the first incident. Tonya doesn't know me, I'm not sure why she'd outwardly admit to gossiping about her clients. Please tell us Tonya, who did you discuss my private client information with to determine i was just disrespectful in general? Dont your clients have protection like HIPPA? You don't need to answer that. I screenshotted your response and intend to find out on my own with your written proof of breach. (I guess my dad, your good friend, didn't mention it was a legal based degree?) When you screw up someone's grad pics by not showing up to the appointment which was booked a month or more prior, yes Tonya, they are going to leave a bad review. It doesn't make it bogus LOL. It's on purpose because we already discussed the reason for my appointments and confirmed it (TWICE) and you still just decided not to show. Your solutions were the week AFTER my reason for even scheduling the original appointment or a random person you trained even though I spent weeks even looking for you. No thanks. I am a dude with long hair past my shoulders so I didnt want to go to a typical barber shop like I did when my hair was shorter. I called a few days prior and was scheduled for 4pm on a Monday with Kate. I arrived as they were putting up new signage on the front window. I was welcomed by Kate when I arrived as was the only one in the salon besides her. Not sure if everything is done via appointment but it appears that way. I was offered water, coffee, or tea and chose a Chai Tea which turned out to be really good. My hair was washed and it was nice and relaxing. Kate then asked how I wanted it cut, and I told her that I only needed a trim because the ends were a little scraggly. She cut off just what she needed to and most of the length was kept. My hair looks fantastic and I will continue to come here when I need trims/cuts. If you want a great salon that has a high class feel but affordable prices then you want to come here.

I go to Brooke for haircuts and highlights as well as brow waxes and lash tinting. She is awesome at all of them! She is the kind of stylist who really listens to what the client wants and doesn't try to impose her ideas on you, although if you ask for her opinion she is happy to offer it. I am super picky about my hair and she is always really sensitive to this which I appreciate. I get balyage highlights which are painted on rather than using foils and I love the way they look. They look really natural and tend to grow out much more nicely than traditional foil highlights. I love going to Brooke for eyelash tints before a beach vacation or in the summer when I don't want my mascara to sweat off. All of the services are reasonably priced and Brooke works a variety of times including nights and weekends so it's usually easy to make an appointment. Brooke, you are the best!
