I never had an issue and I highly recommended Trillium to others. I stopped going to Trillium when my new stylist (not mentioning name) rushed through the process of applying a total of 5 tape-in hair extensions. She had another customer waiting for her. Not only did she hastily install the extensions, but chastised me for not having enough hair to apply extensions. Curious ? She had applied extensions previously to my hair and had no difficulty, saying I had more than enough hair. Now she was saying I did not have enough hair. Sigh! Upon leaving the salon, I did not take my remaining hair. (Trillium holds on to your extensions.) My hair that remained at Trillium was in good shape, micro extensions that were never used. I regularly bought new extensions to replenish the damaged ones. Some time passed as I was taking care of my husband who is a disabled Veteran. On April 3, 2025, I had returned to Trillium to get my hair. It was not there. My stylist had thrown it out. I gave no permission for her to throw my property away. Nor did I receive text, email, or call to ask me if she could throw my property away. I have been calling the Salon to speak with Trish. On a Saturday ,Trish left a voice message for me saying she would call me back. She has not. I continue to call, however no one gets back to me. This has been going on since April 3rd. So sad because Trish has a good thing going with the Salon. You will like the Salon, just don't get the stylist that I had.

She is the one who put the feathers in my hair in my profile picture. She always listens likes to stay current on hair trends and always willing to try new ideas with you. And will tell you if she doesn't think it will work as well as you have pictured in your head. That does happen to me often. If the world was like how it is in my head I would have really cool hair all the time. Plus Erin is super sweet and easy to talk to. The salon is always clean, neat and comfortable to be in. I know they offer a ton of services besides hair that I have never tried and hopefully will get to in the future.

Beings that I live in Downtown Oshkosh, a place that has nearly as many hair salons as it does…read morebars, I do not often have to venture out very far to get a (highly overpriced) haircut. Since am pretty much a "guy's guy" that does not learn towards the metrosexual end of the pendulum swing, some of these salon visits are a tad strange. Almost like a case study for a sociology grad student in many ways, but I digress, the cuts I get are always top notch at most of these places. The problem with most of the salons is you can't just walk in randomly and receive a cut. This is not a problem normally, but booking a haircut appointment is also not something that typically rises to the top of my list of priorities in the grand scope of my life. I look at myself in the mirror when I am getting ready for work one morning and sometimes decide that is the day to do the deed. In these situations, Sport Clips does the job just fine. They have always been very personable and professional, and they get you in and out in record time. I also like that they keep a record on file for you so that you never need to explain to the stylist how you want your hair cut. They also obviously keep other notes in their system as well, since they always oddly seem to remember my course of study in graduate school, how long I have been dating my GF and NFL teams I follow. They do always have ESPN on in the background which is bonus, but I am normally too busy chatting up the stylist to pay much attention anyway. Just avoid this place during the high traffic times like right after 5 if possible. If you show up then be prepared to wait for 45 min or more. However, they do allow you to put your name in and come back, giving you the opportunity to run some errands and come back if need be.

It always looks like there's a small dog on the floor by the time she's done with me. When my friends see my hair, they always ask where I got it done.
