Someone was finally able to check him in on their computer. She said the iPad hasn't been working lately? Fine, no big deal but, you could've mentioned that before hand. Wait time was about 20 minutes which is pretty reasonable for walk ins. Here's the problem. His hair looks dreadful. It's uneven and the back of his neck is almost cut at a 45 degree angle. It's not something that is just recognizable if you're looking for it. Not something that is only seen up close. I noticed this first when he came home and he was across the room for me. It's horrible! At the bottom of his hair.. one side starts at the middle of the ear (not sure why it's up that high) and the other side starts below the ear.. I would not recommend.

My haircut looks like I was a test subject for a barber school. When I was in the "salon" it looked like it was a descent job. But when I got home and looked in the mirror one side of my head was cut completely different than the other. it was like I had two different haircuts. Uneven and longer with small tufts of hair sticking out all over. even in the back one side was longer than the other and then remembered she didn't even give me a mirror to see the back. to make it even worse she created this ridiculous dumb parting line down the middle of my head that looks like a stupid 80s rickspringfield hair cut. ugh, literally this is the worst haircut I've ever had. I can cut my hair myself and do a better cut. I just wanted a typical haircut. short with no complicated fades or anything difficult. the one star is for whoever cut my hair. I won't mention the name. If you go here make sure you know somebody that they had and are recommended. I'm sure I could go back and have them fix it but then it would be uncomfortable. I am so mad. Now I have to go to a place that can fix it and waste my day off.

People have a problem with me rating this business, as they claim I was received free services from this business. Over the past year, I have gone to this business 4 to 5 times for haircut related services. I was never disappointed with any of head or face shaving experiences - straight razor. Both the woman that performed them on me were on point! My girlfriend asked me to grow out my hair - we got invited to wedding in Door county.  I stopped going in for model services, as I wanted to respect her request. When my hair was back to it's original length, I went to a different shop to get it cut into a flat top. Two months ago, I saw a post on social media related a free cut. Side note: each time I went for free haircut or shaving services, I always gave an average or above average tip. When I saw it the free cut was at this business, I was not at all fearful about getting a cut there.  As stated above, always had wonderful experiences there. When I went in for that modeling service, my hair was all jacked up due to recent visit to a chain place. Much to my surprise, the stylist/barber was able to get it looking presentable. After her getting things back to how I wanted them, I had no problem doing a future appointment with her.  Due to scheduling conflicts, I was not able to get an appointment with in two weeks - I work, take care of my of elderly parents, and have a son that is active in after school opportunities. Topically, I get haircuts every two weeks - high and tight. I was able to get an appointment with that stylist/barber three weeks after my first haircut with her.  When I got back to the chair, I was told I was getting a clean up - this was my first clean up with this business. Side note: never assume anything with this business - I assumed clean up was coding for follow up haircut.  Apparently, that was my initial consultation.  There was no initial shampooing - was done at end with out a hot towel. On my previous visit with this stylist/barber, she had no problem reducing the parts of the sides and back to a 000. As stated above, I was very happy with the first cut I received from this lady.  This last visit was all comb over clipper, which wasn't short enough for my liking.  The work was done in professional manner, but it was not short enough on the sides and back.  I don't believe the top was touched.  There were a few longer hairs on top, that weren't addressed. It was disappointing, as my girlfriend and I have trip planned for the following day - my birthday weekend in the Dells. Unfortunately, it didn't look like I even got a haircut.  They wanted to give me a paying appointment with her in four to six weeks.  I was not interested, as I needed haircuts more often. There was also a fear that I would be booked for another clean up.  I need haircuts every two weeks, based on haircut style I have.  Mid day Friday (this happened Thursday) I found a Barber in the Dells that was able to cut it.  Rather than try to work this matter out, Erica wanted to claim this is all a faslehood. I do pictures of me at wedding with a high and tight.  Banking records can be obtained to prove that their employees were given tips, and that a haircut was gotten Friday.  A selfie was send to my girlfriend immediately after the haircut - taken in their parking lot.  My girlfriend is willing to offer testimonial that she witnessed a barber give me a haircut on Friday

I had a pressing engagement that required a haircut for that occasion. She was unavailable to see me to correct the problem. I had to contact a friend to see if he could fix me from looking like Shemp Howard from the Three Stooges, which he did. Cost me an additional $17.00 on top of the ridiculous $35.00 I originally paid. Nice lady, but does not pay any attention to what a customer wants, even when spelled out and includes illustrations. Never going back.
