She botched my hair , I didn't get my layers and rushed me out without giving me the chance to really see the work I get home where I could see in my mirror expecting my hair to at least be close and my heart sank. I called and they told me they'd give me a discount to come back and get my hair toned and fixed and the owner would call to schedule me an appointment. When I didn't get the call I called in myself and they called me a liar, told me I'd admitted to previously dying it myself(which I didn't), and that they weren't going to help me. The moment I walked in and met the owner, Tanya, I knew I was in the right place. I've traveled the world pretty extensively and I have to say I can't remember ever having had a better experience. I've been in spas ranging from 5 star Ritz Carltons to 5 star castles in Europe and though Rejuvenation can't compete with multimillion dollar surroundings it would still be my first choice at any time.
