Tonya doesn't know me, I'm not sure why she'd outwardly admit to gossiping about her clients. Please tell us Tonya, who did you discuss my private client information with to determine i was just disrespectful in general? Dont your clients have protection like HIPPA? You don't need to answer that. I screenshotted your response and intend to find out on my own with your written proof of breach. (I guess my dad, your good friend, didn't mention it was a legal based degree?) When you screw up someone's grad pics by not showing up to the appointment which was booked a month or more prior, yes Tonya, they are going to leave a bad review. It doesn't make it bogus LOL. It's on purpose because we already discussed the reason for my appointments and confirmed it (TWICE) and you still just decided not to show. Your solutions were the week AFTER my reason for even scheduling the original appointment or a random person you trained even though I spent weeks even looking for you. No thanks. I came here for a wax and microneedling. I didn't do the consent waiver online (I missed that I needed to do it) so they had it ready for me to complete on an iPad in the waiting room. The wax was much less painful than previous waxes I've had at other places. This was my first time having microneedling done, and the aesthetician walked me through it step by step as she was performing the facial. She was very professional and courteous the whole time. I've had a great experience at Infinique. I had Darien for my waxing experience. She was nice and listened and answered all my questions. She was fast and efficient. I did text them about a groupon when I had my first Brazilian wax but opt to go through them instead and not purchase on the groupon sight. They gladly accepted to take payment because I know if I purchase through groupon they wouldn't get the whole amount. You do have to text to get an appointment only because there are only 2 people who work there, and when they are with a client they can't answer the phones. I don't mind texting them, I receive a quicker response any way. read more

Avoid!!!! Awful customer service. As stated by others, they don't ever answer their phones and you can only contact them in writing via text messages. I had a groupon that they wouldn't accept because I'm not a new client. I asked if I could have them scan the groupon and I pay the difference to make up for the full price amount. The owner said no and belittled me by saying that it was so patently clear in the fine print and she hasn't experienced this issue from other customers. She repeated herself over and over with, "Contact Groupon." When I said that they can't help me she said, "You paid them, not me, so bother them not me." I was shocked that she told me to "bother" them. I'm sorry but if you are rude to customers who try to give you business, expect them to not return. Darien told me to contact Tonya and it should get resolved, but Tonya was disrespectful and told me that I misunderstood what I heard when I was the one who heard firsthand what Darien told me, not Tonya who assumes Darien meant to tell me that Tonya would explain the Groupon policy. I would never go back to this place. She said she's not making any money on the Groupons. I'm sure she has some of my money for purchasing that Groupon voucher. I would definitely find a real salon where they treat you with respect and not put you down for overlooking something in the fine print or make you feel bad because you purchased a Groupon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I went in for permanent eyeliner. I paid $600.00 and got no results whatsoever. I had the procedure a 2nd time (as part of the fw up visit). I still had no results. I asked for a refund. I was told no that I would need to have it done a 3rd time. I was nervous about having the procedure done on that sensitive area for a 3rd time and I also wanted to know what would be done differently the 3rd time to get a better result? I was not given any answer other than to "pray" that it would work. I contacted other area salons and they advised not to have the procedure done again. Tonya the owner was very unprofessional and sent me several nasty text messages. I found her to be rude, dishonest and belittling. I asked for a refund and she said there is nothing she can do. She is the owner!! It is totally in her control but she kept my $600.00 and left me with nothing. read more

This was my 2nd time in for microblading for my eyebrows. My first visit was 2 years ago when the location opened. It is very nicely remodeled and has a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Tonya explains everything very detailed and goes over pre and post procedure. The 2 year touch up was much quicker than the first visit. I am very happy with my results and wouldn't trust anyone else with my brows! read more

I was in from Florida visiting and came to her here twice for brow microblading and tattoo eyeliner. I had my brows done in Florida and I hated how they looked. Tonya was an artist on these 63 year old brows. She waxed them, then tinted, then micro bladed them to perfection. I rated her based on her technique, quality and results. Love them. Products seem very nice and atmosphere was good. First facial I ever had that did not include ANY massage. Lights were bright the whole time-not even dimmed. Over-all I was not very impressed. I've been very pleased with Tonya's waxing services. She is very professional, the location is easily accessible, and she is very efficient. I am never left waiting past my appointment start time, and we are always finished early. She doesn't book her appointments too close together like many salons seem to do. Prices are reasonable and she offers a loyalty card. read more
