Cost me an additional $17.00 on top of the ridiculous $35.00 I originally paid. Nice lady, but does not pay any attention to what a customer wants, even when spelled out and includes illustrations. After being charged full price for a misstep, I will not be going back. I'm not sure whose business decision it was to lose three repeat customers over a missed appointment, but that's what the result will be. When there are over a hundred other salons in the Fox Valley to choose from, why would I put up with that? This will be the thing I remember about Salon Aura. I hope $85 was worth that.

Instead of bleaching, she explained that bleaching at all would damage it (obviously) but she explained it like it would ruin it curly or straight but she had bleached hair too? I tried to do my undercut instead because I could just shave it, but she still refused, I'm guessing cause she didn't know how to do my hair. She offered me a moisturizing treatment because my hair was dry, (mind you because I didn't wash my hair for the upcoming bleaching) and then to shave my undercut? I ended up bleaching hair at home (2 round) and got to my desired level and dyed it at home and my curls were fine but not ruined like she explained it.
