Celebrated my friends birthday with a breakfast before we all started our day. The food was yummy as usual; the experience was relaxing and filled with interesting conversations. Service was excellent as usual and Alexis was such warm energy that helped us honor our birthday guy!

No wait and delicious entrees. The service was not timely but once the orders were in the food arrived about 20 minutes later. Very tasty fish tacos stuffed with fresh veggies and avocado, sour cream and pico on the side. The lunch special of tri-tip steak sandwich and fries was a hit with the perfect amount of peppers, onions and cheese. The kids meal was fries and grilled cheese which as received well. The breakfast menu is available all day and the choices were great!

We ate a late breakfast on the outside balcony overlooking the putting green at Pebble Beach. It was a very nice experience and the food was delicious. Aidan was our server and gave us a lot of good recommendations on what to try. He was attentive and professional. Overall the service was excellent. The food was amazing. Two of us ordered the steak and eggs. The skirt steak was cooked perfectly and accompanied well by the potatoes. The sauces were a great finish. Highly recommend this restaurant and it's an extra bonus if you get to sit outside on a nice day.

We came here a few weeks ago for lunch on a Monday. The restaurant has the feel of a diner and the menu pretty much matches that description. We were seated right away but we sat there for at least 15 minutes before anyone came to the table and acknowledged us. The server seemed friendly enough, it seemed as if the restaurant was understaffed on this day. We ordered some drinks that came pretty quickly, but after ordering the food it took forever to come to us. I had the salmon caesar salad and it was horrible. The salmon was very overcooked and dry as a bone. Instead of croutons on the salad the were slices of burnt garlic toast around the plate. This was the first time I've ever had a bad Caesar salad. Save yourself $27 and don't order this salad here. My husband had the had classic burger which he said was good. There are nicer restaurant at pebble beach with better food and service for the same price as this place. We will not be coming here again, we can get a better return for our money elsewhere.

This place has an excuse for not being good. We found it to be quite good and not too expensive. The outdoor deck could use better cover. It was nice overlooking the putting green and if lucky, hole one. We ordered CLASSIC CAESAR 4/5, FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH 4,5/5, and KILLER KLUB 4.5/5. Get the buttered garlic fries 5/5. Service is attentive. Solid beer and wine choices.

On our 17 mile drive we stopped here for lunch, a beautiful patio view and nice clean restaurant and restroom. Was about 30 minutes to close, service started kind of slowly & after the food was dropped off we weren't checked on again and had to flag someone down to get our check but the kitchen was on point all of our food came out at the same time, hot and correct. It was also really good I got a hot dog with pulled pork and bacon and the wife got the killer klub. The onion rings we super crunchy and the pulled pork was smoky and complimented the hot dog well. Would eat here again.

After a beautiful time slowly taking in 17 Mile Drive, we stopped for a light lunch at the Pebble Beach resort. The Gallery is a nice café with both indoor & outdoor seating. We opted for outdoors. The soup of the day sounded unusual: corned beef vegetable, but boy, was it yummy. We also ordered wine by the glass. They deduct your $11.75 entrance fee for the Drive from the restaurant check.

Made a pitstop at Gallery Cafe while on a coastal California road trip. All went according to plan as we entered 17 mile drive around 9am on Friday and were seated at Gallery Cafe by 9:30am. We decided on Gallery Cafe because of its casual lodge vibe. Also, pro tip: if you are looking to do the 17 mile scenic tour and want to avoid the entry fee (~$11.50), be sure to dine in 17 mile drive and mention that upon entering. We were seated pretty immediately and ordered some breakfast egg items. Food and coffee was good - relatively standard breakfast with well-sized portions. Our server made sure to have my coffee filled to the rim at all times. Overall, I'm glad to have checked off "dining at a restaurant on 17 mile drive" but not sure I'll do it again. It was a nice one time experience.

Great view of the pebble beach fairway. COVID Measures: The Gallery Cafe has instituted several COVID19 Measures including limiting capacity, requiring customers to wear masks, etc. Location: Located right next to the Pebble Beach Golf Course, the Gallery Cafe is located perfectly for viewing the course, especially if you have an outdoor seat. Food/Drinks: On my visit, I ordered a refreshing raspberry lemonade. It was very simple, but surprisingly satisfying. Service: The service was pretty good. Takeaway: Visit for a view of the golf course.

Sunday, 8/16/2020 - Went and tried Gallery Cafe this beautiful and gorgeous day. Upon arrival, we were the only ones at the front desk. The place is beautiful, clean, and staff very friendly. We waited about 10 minutes for a table to be free so that they can push 2 tables together so we can all sit. The pictures hung inside the restaurant was beautiful. Pros: 1) place is clean, women's bathroom clean and well stocked. There's 2 stalls. 2) staff were all friendly and talked to all of us. 3) we were seated within 10 minutes. 4) After being seated, they brought us all a nice cold glass of ice water. Just what we all needed. 5) All of our foods were good. Salad was normal salad. Burger was good. 6) food portion size is pretty large. 7) they refilled our water cups. 8) server split our checks. Very sweet. 9) we had to get boxes to go. 10) everyone we met here, even the patrons, were extremely nice. 11) You have to pay to take the 17 mile scenic drive. But we ate here (over $30) and they deducted the entrance fee off our tab. Cons: I have no negative remarks. Conclusion: I like this place. Be prepare to share a plate or take half to go. Everyone we met here was super nice. I would go here again.

We ordered the New York steak and the Kobe Gold (which comes with the salt board). The Kobe Gold is my absolute favorite, it's $135, but it's 100% worth it and we order it every time. So flavorful and perfectly cooked. The brisket queso was delicious, and you can't go wrong with the Caesar salad. I love that they put anchovies on top. We also had the mac and cheese and a baked potato that was HUGE. Everything was spot on. For drinks, we had wine and an Old Fashioned it was good, but I do wish it came with one large square ice cube instead of the smaller ice. Just a small touch that would make it even better! We shared a half Taproom sundae for dessert and it was the perfect amount for four people. Nick was our server (we've had him before) and he always does an excellent job. He's attentive, friendly, and professional. We'll definitely be back. It's always a great experience here!

The tables were crowded together so it presented challenges to exit from many tables. The waiter was friendly and talkative. He made suggestions for the men in our party but seemed to dismiss the women. He missed one of our side dishes entirely. The food was nothing special. The potato skins were dry and the prime rib reminded me of bacon. The lettuce wedge salad was the best food item. I like the Point Reyes blue cheese made it stand out. I had a half order of baby back ribs. They were crispy. We shared 2 desserts. Bread pudding and coconut cake. The pudding was good. The cake was just cake. Because it was my birthday they brought a 2 inch square of gluten free raspberry cake. We did not order it. I requested a scoop of ice cream which came on the pudding. The raspberry cake was dry. We were charged $6 for the cake. Just because a restruantit is exclusive does not make it worth the cost.

We were given the option of a communal fire pit or a private table and opted for the latter - the wait was around 30 minutes, which I think was well worth it for own space. We just perused the visitor center while we waited and then headed over once we got the text. They have varying options for lunch and dinner. For lunch, we were told the Korean brisket sandwich is "by far the best", second to the fried chicken sandwich. While the Korean brisket sandwich was surprisingly flavorful, it seemed to just be a really flavorful sandwich rather than "Korean" inspired. It contained marinated brisket, shredded carrot, cilantro, and bell pepper in a baguette which was somewhat reminiscent of a banh mi; and it came with a side of "Togarashi" fries, a Japanese spice that sneaks up on you the more you eat. The service was a bit underwhelming as we were left without napkins/silverware until we managed to flag down our waiter mid-meal (which we found ourselves having to do a second time to get the bill), but the view was nice and the food was solid.

The fish and chips is the ultimate meal. The burger was savory, soft and creamy just he right amount. It perfectly paired with the Talbott pinot noir they recommended. The only comment is make is the amount of French fries that were served with the burger. The plate was a lot larger looking because a sparse amount of fries was served alongside. Maybe add a little more next time just to balance it off. The servers/bartenders knew their stuff. They provided what they could in terms of what was popular and well liked. They said both items we ordered were the most popular. The fish and chips have won best fish and chips 3 years in a row. I would agree with this since I usually am not wowed with this dish. My wife and I split entrees, skirt steak with fries and the house cheese burger and fries. Both were cooked to the temperature that we requested. The burger had great flavor (other than my preference for mayonnaise, and not the sweet spread and B&B pickles). My fault, I should have requested to eliminate those. Both the steak and the burger had a great chargrill flavor. Huey was our waiter. He was friendly, but a little elusive. The only real negative was the new metal dining table we were eating on was well over 100 degrees, as we were sitting in the direct sunlight. Huey confirmed these were new tables purchased during the recent renovation of PB Lodge. Not only could we not touch the table without getting burned, it heated up our utensils so hot, they were too hot to handle. This is a significant issue for Stillwater. I suspect these will all be replaced sometime this year, or Stillwater will start using tablecloths. Come check out the newly remodeled Stillwater and try their burger, sans sauce and pickles.
