DONT RECOMMEND TO EVER COME HERE!…read more Service was slow and awful; took 30 mins just to get our order placed; food was all premade or frozen food. The wings were Tyson's honey bbq and awful. Server didn't know the cut of beef they were serving as smoked meat. Allegedly was brisket but was roast beef smoked way too long where it was tougher than jerky. Ribs were super fatty. Ambiance was very old and dated.

Great service! Our waitress was hustling for every table, which is something you don't usually see…read more I ordered a water with lemon to start. The water had great ice but tasted like dishwater, but I added four lemons to make it taste okay. There was a big selection on the menu. I had BBQ yesterday, so I was looking for something besides a pulled pork sandwich. I was recommended the catfish because I was told it was served fresh. I asked, and it turned out the catfish was frozen, but I still had my mind set on it. I ordered the two-piece catfish platter with baked beans and onion rings. The food came out quickly, even on a busy day. The catfish pieces were big, and the baked beans were a good portion. I got my catfish fried, and they tasted as good as frozen catfish can. A few bites were extremely fishy, but they still had a nice crunch. The onion rings and baked beans were decent. The beans were served with pulled pork, which was a nice touch. I had to end lunch with a slice of key lime pie. The pie was small for being $5, but it was the best thing I had. It tasted exactly how you want key lime pie to taste. They provided the check near the end of the meal and you pay up front. Good for those who do not like to wait for the check to leave. Overall, great Southern vibe and a great experience.

Bone' s Backstreet BBQ - Pulled pork plate sans two slices of white bread by choice. Plenty for the appetite for sure!

Hats off to this place for making one of the toughest things in barbecue, moist chicken. You can't…read moreimagine the number of times I've ordered smoked chicken at a barbecue restaurant only to be very disappointed at how dry and tasteless it was! The smoke flavor has to penetrate the chicken in order to really give it a good flavor, but that doesn't mean it has to be dry and there are ways of making sure it isn't . The chicken I enjoyed on this visit wasn't dry and it had a good smoke flavor, not as deep as I would like, but it was definitely there and noticeable. So they get five stars in my book just because they can do chicken right. We also had some pulled pork and it was very tasty as well. Barbecue shouldn't need sauce to be edible, the sauce should be in accompaniment and nothing more. When you walk into the restaurant, you get a definite feel that this is not your glamour palace barbecue shop. It smells like smoke, and I'm not talking about cigarettes. It's clean and the interior has the feel of a Barbecue shack. The kind of feel that makes you feel comfortable that you're gonna get something good. When you first pull up to the restaurant, you can be deceived, but when you walk inside to get the real deal. The restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly And very helpful. Would I say this is the absolute best barbecue I've ever had, probably not. But it hits all the right marks in my book for excellent barbecue.
