The Haymarket Cafe IS NOT "related" to the Gainesville Diner or "G-Diner" in Gainesville, VA - as questioned by reviewer SZ. I ordered a custom omelette - a combo meat and veggies omelette: Onions, bell peppers, bacon, and cheese. Plus a side of breakfast potatoes and a bottle of water. I did not see any Sriracha sauce - so I added salt, black pepper, and Frank's hot sauce to the omelette - and a bit of ketchup to the breakfast potatoes. Solid, tasty breakfast! They have biscuits and sausage gravy on the menu - which I attempted to order first - but they were all out - so I assume you have to arrive earlier in the morning to get that before they run out.
