I called because ants had invaded every crevice of my home. They were even crawling in my bed at night while I tried to sleep. Gary showed up right when he said he would and did what he does. I paid his fee of $150. Almost immediately the ants disappeared. A day or two later I saw a single spider in the shower but NO BUGS AT ALL since then. He's come out to do a quarterly treatment 2 or 3 times since then, spending only a few minutes onsite at a time for a cost of $75 each visit. I wasn't at home during his most recent visit when he left the back gate open, allowing my toy dog to escape into the neighborhood. Ever since moving into my new apartment, I have been being bitten by fleas. I didn't notice any on my cats, but I flea bombed and vacuumed the space anyways. I recently asked Gary to come out to inspect my apartment. I literally just moved in and almost from day one I have been itching and felt like I was being bitten by something, mostly at night, but also during the day. Fearing the worst, bed bugs, I poked around the mattress and box spring, and gathered what samples I could. A rat snuck into my house and hid under the fridge. I bought every trap home depot sells but couldn't catch it. My cat couldn't catch it either. I searched Pest control on Yelp and saw that Gary with Gaines was a smaller business (and I liked that). I requested a quote and he got back to me in about ten minutes! I was having SPIDER issues. As in MASSIVE brown spiders in the eaves of my condo patio, my bedroom, my stairway u name it and my HOA refused to come out and do anything about my area. I had bought a wood murphy bed frame from Craigslist (horrible idea.). The first night I was in my apartment I noticed a bug - no big deal. Then I saw another one. Gary was professional and knowledgeable about addressing the flea issue in my yard. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and even with flea control they all had fleas. I had a problem with bird mites infesting my house - anyone who's dealt with them knows they're near impossible to treat and they will drive you INSANE!
