We thought we had everything arranged for food and drinks, but when I arrived to get things ready, I discovered there had been a communication mix-up with the hotel and there was virtually no food available. With about 60 people expected, I was starting to panic! Thankfully, two of our bridesmaids found Ayayay Tacos, and the manager and staff came to our rescue! At the last minute, they put together an amazing taco bar for our group. They could easily have said it was too much to take on with so little notice, but instead, they stepped up and made it happen. And the food was AMAZING! Fresh, warm tortillas, delicious queso and salsas, and plenty of chicken, beef, and pork for everyone. Our guests were happy, everyone had plenty to eat, and what could have been a very stressful situation turned into a wonderful evening. What really made this experience special was the kindness and willingness of this family-owned restaurant to help us out when we really needed it. They went above and beyond, and we are so grateful! We are local, and Ayayay Tacos has definitely earned our business. If you haven't tried them yet, do yourself a favor and go! We can't thank them enough for helping make our daughter's wedding weekend start off on such a positive note.

There was a simple dessert crepe for $7. They have several drinks available, all good choices with french food, several flavored Pelllegrino varieties, Perrier, and Mexican Coke. The most popular item being ordered by people in line today was the Croque Madame, a pretty big meal for a lunch for me, but I will find the truck on a day when I am super hungry and give it a try.
