Food is allowed from the 1st floor and you take the elevator up. Lots of excellent seating indoors and outside, it was the perfect day for a rooftop bar! I ordered a raspberry Kolsch made by Denver Beer Company and it was soo good! You could taste hints of raspberry, with a slight tang, but not too overpowering and not a sour beer. The soap had identifiable lumps of something that definitely didn't taste like chicken and just wasn't good. I finished the tortilla and had a couple bites of both sides. The tortilla itself was fine, but not great, and I don't think it would've tasted good if it hadn't been warmed up. I really appreciate that they cater to dietary needs, but I won't be back.

The turkey and Brie comes with apple slices, and two kinds of mustard - a honey mustard and stone ground mustard. The honey mustard is what caught my eye. While I realize stone ground mustard is tangier, this sandwich was overcome by the strength of the onion and stone ground mustard. You don't even notice the apple and Brie. Just an overall miss for me. Last, if you happen to be dining in, you can use a bathroom (with a code) but it's a block away in a parking garage. I'm not down in Boulder super often, but I'm likely to skip a return visit. If I were to return, I'd try the chickpea and avocado sandwich instead and hope for better luck.
