In calling to figure out why, and surprised as they had always been on time before, I quickly realized they have been bought out by a larger company. So, I cancelled the services. However, months later they continue to show up at my house even though when I call they say we are cancelled. Sad for whoever sold- they had made a good name for themselves. The new owners need to figure out how to communicate internally.
