Wellington, the owner, not only answered all of my calls and questions quickly and clearly, but his teams did an amazing job with all of the properties, and they somehow even managed to meet our (unfortunately) very short timeline. Not only were they effective and efficient, but Wellington and his son Igor were both very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and frankly, a pleasure to work with. In an industry where contractors frequently over-promise and under-deliver, the Vox team stands out for doing exactly the opposite. The installation contract had a 12 month warranty on installation; however, when repairs were needed due to a drainage issue, he was nowhere to be found. He was unresponsive, evasive, told us he had bigger jobs to worry about, and the repair was "not on him". He does not stand behind his work nor does he live up to his business agreements. If you are considering turf installation, seek out a different installer to avoid issues in the future.
