Thought It was a lost cause until I called Turf Talent. Shea and Garrett came out and worked with my budget. They were able to beat all competitors pricing and did an outstanding job!! Highly recommend these guys, they talked me through the entire process and made some good recommendations that worked out beautifully. I also got hooked up on their mowing service for my other rental properties. They were a bit cheaper than the contract with my other mow company and I couldn't help but give them business with how good they did on my back yard. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

Happy Roots is a locally owned and operated business that offers full-service lawn, sprinkler, yard…read moreand fertilization services. They do it all - aeration, fertilizer program, weed control, sprinkler start-up/repairs/blowout, etc. I've had this excellent business look after my lawn, sprinklers and fertilizing for several years now and they are on time, dependable and most importantly to me, trustworthy. Les, the owner, makes it his personal mission to keep my lawn green and take care of my yard. You can tell that he and his crew are very respectful to their customers, and put your needs first. The administrative side is managed professionally and thoroughly, as well. Not many businesses take the time and effort to make their customers truly happy, but Happy Roots hits the mark. Happy Roots is light years beyond all the other corporations and franchises that come knocking on my door selling their services. Small or large, if you have lawn/yard/ sprinkler/aeration/snow removal needs, trust me and choose Happy Roots - you won't go wrong with Les and his team.

Wellington, the owner, not only answered all of my calls and questions quickly and clearly, but his teams did an amazing job with all of the properties, and they somehow even managed to meet our (unfortunately) very short timeline. Not only were they effective and efficient, but Wellington and his son Igor were both very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and frankly, a pleasure to work with. In an industry where contractors frequently over-promise and under-deliver, the Vox team stands out for doing exactly the opposite. Based on my experience, I would recommend them 10/10 times for any services that they offer.

I would STRONGLY caution anyone considering this company!!…read more This has been one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. The company advertises "professional, reliable, trained experts," but the service has been anything but that from day one. From the very first visit, the quality of work was disappointing. The man who arrived performed work that honestly could have been done by a teenager for a fraction of the cost, yet we were charged nearly $300. When I asked basic lawn care questions, his trained expert opinion was he wasn't sure. Completely unsure and unable to provide answers! They also promise advance notice before arriving, but they have failed to do so repeatedly. Crews have shown up as late as 8PM on a Saturday without any communication. Most concerning, while we were out of town, they SOMEHOW entered our LOCKED backyard without permission. We never authorized access, and entering a locked yard without consent is completely unacceptable and felt like a violation of our privacy. On top of that, the work itself is careless. Weeds along the sides are ignored, grass clippings are left piled around the house. For the amount they charge, the service is nowhere near worth it. This company requires full payment for the entire season upfront, but when we tried to cancel due to poor service and requested a refund since they would not be completing a full season worth of services, we were told "sorry wish we could help you, but the money has already gone to operations". Despite multiple requests, I have yet to receive documentation supporting the alleged "verbal no refund would be issued agreement". To make matters worse, during one of my calls, I overheard another customer expressing similar frustrations with the company's service!! Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!
