The company advertises "professional, reliable, trained experts," but the service has been anything but that from day one. From the very first visit, the quality of work was disappointing. The man who arrived performed work that honestly could have been done by a teenager for a fraction of the cost, yet we were charged nearly $300. When I asked basic lawn care questions, his trained expert opinion was he wasn't sure. Completely unsure and unable to provide answers! They also promise advance notice before arriving, but they have failed to do so repeatedly. Crews have shown up as late as 8PM on a Saturday without any communication. Most concerning, while we were out of town, they SOMEHOW entered our LOCKED backyard without permission. We never authorized access, and entering a locked yard without consent is completely unacceptable and felt like a violation of our privacy. On top of that, the work itself is careless. Weeds along the sides are ignored, grass clippings are left piled around the house. For the amount they charge, the service is nowhere near worth it. This company requires full payment for the entire season upfront, but when we tried to cancel due to poor service and requested a refund since they would not be completing a full season worth of services, we were told "sorry wish we could help you, but the money has already gone to operations". Despite multiple requests, I have yet to receive documentation supporting the alleged "verbal no refund would be issued agreement". To make matters worse, during one of my calls, I overheard another customer expressing similar frustrations with the company's service!! Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

My home had suffered damage after the recent high winds in the Broomfield/Thornton/Westminster…read morearea. On one night during those high winds the door on my 60' mobile home would not latch. When I went outside to go to work the next morning the skirting at one end of the house was completely gone, just lying on the ground. I posted an ad on yelp as I have in the past. Dirk responded and I asked for an estimate of the work to level the home and repair the skirting. Dirk showed up the next day prepared to work. He introduced himself and described his years of experience with mobile home leveling specifically but also home construction in general. I scheduled a total of 3 estimates. I'm sure that if you're reading this you know that it is not easy to find a professional for mobile home re-leveling. I selected him based on the conversation that we had and it seemed clear that he understood what was needed. He returned 2 days later at the scheduled time and started working. The first day I could not tell if the house was leveling or not. The house sits on a fairly steep incline and for the last year that I've been in this unit there was a line from the south end of the house that ran nearly the entire length of the house basically bisecting the bedroom and kitchen as well as part of the living room while the front half of the house (including the kitchen) sagged a bit. On the second day when I got home from work I immediately noticed that the bedroom and kitchen were no longer sagging. When I went to bed my bed felt perfectly level. I felt so much relief as I had gotten so used to the house being slanted slightly. I walked into the kitchen and saw the difference immediately. It was evening at that point so I text and let him know that I could feel the difference. He said that he'd come back to make some fine adjustments and he wanted to check again from inside to make sure he got it right. Not only that. A previous contractor that was hired prior to me moving in had removed some of the insulation around the pipes and did not replace it. Dirk was kind enough to point this out, explain why it was necessary and provide insulation and replace it. Apparently the owner was aware of this as well. He rebuilt and re-enforced the skirting by framing it with plywood and then somehow securing it to the concrete. He came back a final time to make adjustments to the leveling and skirting and I left for work that day while he worked. When I returned home I immediately saw that the door the was having trouble opened and closed perfectly. He had not even come inside that day. This man is a wizard with this type of work. He seems to genuinely be a great person and for the price that he quoted, both I and the landlord believe that it was worth every penny. My landlord has already rehired him for another job. He does what he says he's going to do and he clearly knows exactly what he is doing and that is what matters. If you need leveling, skirting or framing I can attest that I think you'd be wise to hire this guy.

My house is highly secure, and to that end I have cameras covering every square inch of it - and it was really fun to pull them up from time to time to see how the job was progressing and watch how he was able to surgically remove concrete attached to the house with a piece of heavy equipment without a single chip of the house going with it. We called AV-A-LAWN on Saturday afternoon to replace a couple of fence posts, do a fall yard cleanup, and aerate the lawn. Gabe Sisneros came by to check things out and give us a quote that afternoon. AV-A-LAWN started the work the next morning, Sunday, and completed the work by the evening. They turned on the water and made some small adjustments to the heads and noted that several of the pop-up heads were not rising and lowering smoothly. He informed us that we would have to oil the heads. In addition, they noted we have 7 zones and the 6th zone was not working. However, they could not locate the 6th zone and, therefore, we do not know where the 6th zone is and if that would impact our underground sprinkler system. I was disappointed in their service for the following reasons: 1. We have a Rainbird system and Mile-Hi specialized in Rainbird (according to their website) yet, they told us we would have to oil the heads. We are not sprinkler and irrigation specialists and would think that as part of their turn-on service they would ensure all heads were calibrated and properly functioning. 2. The fact that they could not identify Zone 6 makes me wonder if the technicians that were sent out have been properly trained to work on Rainbird or any sprinkler/irrigation system. It seems now that we have to find another Sprinkler/Irrigation company to finish the job.

EVERYONE who is scheduled to have work done on a particular day will get an email saying their appointment is at 8:30 a.m. Kaemon plans the route the night before, so just text him in the morning to get an ACTUAL estimated time of arrival.
