He informed us that we would have to oil the heads. In addition, they noted we have 7 zones and the 6th zone was not working. However, they could not locate the 6th zone and, therefore, we do not know where the 6th zone is and if that would impact our underground sprinkler system. I was disappointed in their service for the following reasons: 1. We have a Rainbird system and Mile-Hi specialized in Rainbird (according to their website) yet, they told us we would have to oil the heads. We are not sprinkler and irrigation specialists and would think that as part of their turn-on service they would ensure all heads were calibrated and properly functioning. 2. The fact that they could not identify Zone 6 makes me wonder if the technicians that were sent out have been properly trained to work on Rainbird or any sprinkler/irrigation system. It seems now that we have to find another Sprinkler/Irrigation company to finish the job.

When he fertilized my lawn, instead of applying fertilizer only to the grass, he drove the fertilizer spreader all over my new concrete walkways, leaving dozens of ugly rust stains everywhere. I have spent hundreds of dollars on power washing and other attempts to resolve it and such attempts have made the problem worse, so I now have rust + discoloration all over my walkways, which is a major eyesore. It will cost me many thousands of dollars to fix this problem that Dan caused, since I will need to rip out and reinstall 3 new concrete pathways and a giant patio. Dan's response was extremely disappointing, he did not take responsibility and there was 0 concern or effort to fix the problem. I would caution against using Dan if you want someone who is thoughtful and careful on your property. I hope this review will ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I was lucky to obtain an appointment as soon as I did. On the day of the appointment the technicians, Sasha and Derek, called to tell me they could come earlier than expected. That was great news. Sasha and Derek showed up, greeted my dog with kindness, he talks a lot, but he is friendly. They invited Max to say hello and made friends. So, if you have a dog, there are no worries. I showed and explained the problem and they said no problem. Sasha and Derek replaced the diaphragm on one circuit so fast I was absolutely amazed. Then there was a sprinkler head in the front yard that was leaking badly. They dug it up, replaced the head, and confidently replace the sod. They mad it look so easy I was almost ashamed that I had called. But I'm an older person with som physical limitations and the job would have taken me three days, at least. I would only recommend maybe a sprinkler blowout but no big jobs. He never came back to put the system on my phone or to show me what kind of system it was nothing I was out of town.
