As soon as we reached out to Ray, he answered us SAME DAY! We were so grateful! We sent Ray a few photos and he quickly quoted us a fair price and scheduled a quick clean up. Our yard was in ROUGH shape, and Ray fixed it up better than it was when we moved into the place. He was meticulous and thorough, and he exceeded my expectations! Our yard is tough - all rocks and mulch and big bushes and weeds - but he really knew what he was doing and got it looking nice! He also hauled everything away, which was nice. It also took several requests before they finally provided us with a copy of the agreement. Based on my experience, I found this company to be unresponsive, untrustworthy and unethical. That is not my problem. 2- I don't think it's asking too much to get a call from a manager when a service does not work. I put in requests and they never called. It's only the techs that show up for the work or to upsell you. Or you can call in and speak to the reception desk. 3 - We finally had a minor billing dispute and I finally cut their service. Funny enough, I'm getting phone calls now that they finally want to speak with me. Buyer be warned. You will only speak to junior staff members if there is ever an issue. That goes nowhere. I'd rather deal with a shop that manages customer relationships professionally as issues will inevitably arise.
