Could not recommend Happy Roots enough! We discovered HR through the various neighbors who use them and saw their exceptional work first hand. We had brand new turf put in our backyard 2 years ago and it never looked healthy and brand new until HR took over. They got the fertilizer and watering down to a perfect science to make lawns look magazine worthy. Shout outs to - Trevor, who was our route manager and was so kind to explain the process and what package we specifically purchased (especially the first time we used them and my parents were house sitting). I have used the Happy Roots program for over 7 years. The program includes sprinkler turn-on, review and adjustments of sprinkler heads, shut off in the Fall; Fertilizing ( I'm using the Gold plan: 6 revive applications and 6 fertilizer applications. (They have a plan with less, but I found this is best for me), and the Weed Control Plus plan for rock and mulch areas. They come each week for mowing, edging and blowing. and yes, my backyard is hilly and challenging. They are the only ones who have done an excellent job of maintaining the lawn. We have been customers of Happy Roots for years. And have always loved their work. But recently we have had some issues with them. We have big dogs as well as run a daycare, so WE HAVE TO CLEAN UP ALL PET WASTE. But we were told that there was large amounts after going out and picking up 30 minutes before they arrived, and the dogs were kept inside but were still told that we had large amounts of pet waste. This was the first time we had ever disputed an issue with them, and the customer service from Trevor was horrible! He was very rude, and even told us we were wrong when he wasn't even here when the guys came out to mow. Sadly this experience has made us decide that we will no longer be customers after many years of using them. read more
